One of the most popular ways to tout your football knowledge is in a survivor pool. Each week, you select a team to win their game to survive as long as possible. The catch is you can only choose a team once, so it's imperative you think ahead when selecting.
It has been a crazy year in the NFL, but as we move into late November, survivor pools get smaller and the pressure gets bigger. Through 11 weeks, you've already used up about one-third of the teams in the league, so your choices in Week 12 are shrinking. Based on matchups and schedule spots, here are a few good choices that should still be available. Let's take a look at some strong NFL survivor pool advice and picks.

Week 12 NFL Survivor Pool Advice & Picks
Baltimore Ravens
If you took the Ravens in Week 11, congratulations on surviving a nail-biter on the road. Divisional road games are tough, no matter the competition. If you still have them available, however, don't let that performance make you nervous; they are very much a live play in Week 12.
Baltimore takes on a Jets team that has really no identity on offense except for being bad. Coming off an extended layoff, the Jets have decided to move on from Justin Fields for the time being and hand the reins of the offense to Tyrod Taylor. Justin Fields has posted a 37.9 quarterback rating on the year, right around where Jacoby Brissett and Geno Smith have performed this year. Taylor has been even worse (36.8). Baltimore has been gashed a bit through the air this season, but New York is not equipped to do that.
As far as the offense for Baltimore is concerned, they performed pretty well on Sunday. They put up 5.8 yards per play, but an uncharacteristic two interceptions by Lamar Jackson stalled out some scoring opportunities. The Jets are one of the worst scoring defenses in the league, and I don't think they hold the Ravens or move the ball well enough on offense to stay in this one. It's a perfect opportunity to take the Ravens and feel confident about it.
Seattle Seahawks
One of the biggest surprises of the season has been the Seahawks. In one of the biggest games of the season on Sunday, they turned the ball over four times and ended with a -3 turnover margin on the road against a divisional foe in the Rams. But the final score ended up being only a two-point loss.
Seattle was the better team. They outgained the Rams by over 150 yards and converted almost 50% of their third-down attempts. And who do the Seahawks see after the tough luck loss? The 1-9 Tennessee Titans. The Titans just came off their own tough luck loss in a three-point loss to the Texans. I don't expect them to play two tight games in a row.
Seattle has had a lot of success against bad teams. They've blown out the Saints, Commanders and Cardinals this season, and I expect them to add the Titans to that list. If you still have Seattle available, now is a good time to take them.
