It’s Week 10 of the National Football League (NFL) regular season, and yet again, we have four teams on a bye - the Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans. That’s three teams that play their home games in outdoor venues, but luckily we get nine outdoor games Sunday, and another on Monday. The Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts, teams which normally play indoors, lock horns at Olympicstadion in Berlin, Germany, too, at 9:30 a.m. ET, as the International Series continues.
The weather is trouble in a few of the venues, and that’s typical as we make our way deeper into November toward the holidays. Really following the weather is where you can get a leg up, especially on totals. Let’s dive into the NFL Week 10 weather report.

NFL Week 10 Weather Report: Advice & Predictions
(All forecasts courtesy of AccuWeather.com | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook)
Atlanta Falcons at Indianapolis Colts (-6.5) – Berlin, Germany | Total 48.5
Forecast: 44 degrees, 10% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 2-3 MPH
The temperatures will be a bit on the coolish side, with an ever-so-slight chance of precipitation and no wind to speak of. This is the fifth-ever game on German soil, and the previous four games have all gone Under.
Jacksonville Jaguars (-1.5) at Houston Texans | Total 37.5
Forecast: 71 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 20-22 MPH
There is no precipitation in the Houston area, but with winds gusting up to 30-35 MPH outside, the roof at NRG Stadium will but certainly be closed. So, look for controlled environmental conditions in this AFC South battle.
New York Giants at Chicago Bears (-4.5) | Total 47.5
Forecast: 37 degrees, 5% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 22-24 MPH
The temperatures will be bone chilling, just above freezing, although with gale-force winds blowing 20-25 MPH sustained, with gusts to 40 MPH, we should see the passing games and the kicking games heavily impacted. It looks like the frozen precipitation on Sunday morning will not continue until the evening, so the game takes place in between weather systems.
Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) at Minnesota Vikings | Total 48.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind Speed: This game is played in a dome
Meh, a dome game. QB Lamar Jackson and the Ravens look to keep their foot on the gas, making up for lost time while he was sidelined for a month due to a hamstring injury. This game has a 100 percent chance of way too much purple.
Cleveland Browns (-2.5) at New York Jets | Total 37.5
Forecast: 60 degrees, 35% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 10-13 MPH
The conditions should be rather dry for the first half, but the weather is expected to move in by halftime. Expect showers, although rather light, to begin in the third quarter and on. The winds will be whipping up to 20 MPH at times, and that could impact the passing games and the kicking games.
New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers (-5.5) | Total 38.5
Forecast: 72 degrees, 5% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 14-17 MPH
There are some showers set to pull out of the area in the early-morning hours, and with the field at Bank of America Field covered, that won’t be a problem. We will have considerable winds, and neither rookie QB Tyler Shough nor QB Bryce Young really need any additional obstacles. Look for a lot more running.
Buffalo Bills (-9.5) at Miami Dolphins | Total 49.5
Forecast: 86 degrees, 25% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 7-9 MPH
The Bills are heavy favorites on the road, but it could be a shock for the western New York-based team heading to the heat and humidity of South Florida, which is still cooking along like it’s summer. Don’t be shocked to see some cramping issues for the visitors.
New England Patriots at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-2.5) | Total 48.5
Forecast: 80 degrees, 50% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 5-7 MPH
Like the Bills-Dolphins game, we’ll have considerable heat in the battle on the Suncoast. We’ll also have the potential of a lightning delay, as the forecast calls for scattered thunderstorms in the first quarter, tailing off to more of an isolated nature for the second quarter and beyond.
Arizona Cardinals at Seattle Seahawks (-6.5) | Total 44.5
Forecast: 60 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 4-6 MPH
Man, with trouble spots elsewhere, the weather in the Pacific Northwest is actually quite nice. Normally, Seattle is one of the trouble spots, especially into November and December. It will be dry for Week 10, however.
Los Angeles Rams (-4.5) at San Francisco 49ers | Total 49.5
Forecast: 78 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 5-7 MPH
The weather in the Bay Area can also be dicey at this time of the year, but it will be a fast, dry track with rather warm conditions for this NFC West battle.
Detroit Lions (-8.5) at Washington Commanders | Total 48.5
Forecast: 65 degrees, 15% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 5-6 MPH
Just outside of the nation’s capital, there is a slight chance of showers, but anything that falls will be on the light side, or simply a mist. It will be humid, so cramping could crop up. There will be no wind to speak of, either.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Los Angeles Chargers (-2.5) (Sunday Night) | Total 44.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind Speed: This game is played in a dome
The Steelers and Chargers lock horns at SoFi Stadium under the roof. It will be a fast track and controlled environmental conditions for this key AFC battle on NBC.
Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers (-1.5) | Total 44.5
Forecast: 29 degrees, 15% chance of precipitation
Wind Speed: 14-16 MPH
There is an ever-so-slight chance of frozen precipitation for Monday night. Anything that falls will be flurries, most likely, with no accumulation. It will be rather cold, with temperatures below freezing, and an icy wind will likely wreak havoc on the passing games and kicking games.
