NFL Week 7 Anytime TD Scorers: Eagles vs. Giants (2024)

Last week was a rough one for my anytime touchdown bets. I only hit three. On the bright side, two of the three had multiple touchdowns. And I hate to be that guy, but at least two other picks had touchdowns called back. But you are what your record says you are, and I have now had two losing weeks in a row. Let's get back on track with my anytime touchdown and first touchdown bets for Week 7.

As always, I am tracking these using bet sizes of 0.4 units on anytime touchdowns and 0.1 units on first touchdowns. Use your discretion and adjust as you see fit. We compare anytime touchdown stats to prop bet odds and projections to help identify this week's best bets. Here are all of our NFL Week 7 anytime TD scorer picks. Below we dive into our top NFL Week 7 anytime TD scorer pick for Eagles vs. Giants.

Eagles vs. Giants

A.J. Brown

As much as I love a good revenge narrative spot, I just could not get behind Saquon Barkley as my anytime touchdown/first touchdown pick in this game. The New York Giants are stout against the run. They have only allowed two rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs this season and rank ninth in the NFL in both EPA and DVOA defensively against the run. Barkley's anytime touchdown and first touchdown prices (-160 at DraftKings Sportsbook, +425 at Fanatics Sportsbook) are a bit steep considering the matchup. I believe that most of the scoring in this game, especially early on, will come in the passing game. Because of that, I am going with Eagles receiver A.J. Brown as my pick here.

New York has performed better defensively in zone coverage than they have in man coverage. Brown is a physical beast and is perennially among the league leaders in beating man coverage. In two games this year, Brown has caught six passes for 159 yards and two touchdowns when locked into man coverage. Deonte Banks is New York's best bet to match Brown's physical tools in one-on-one coverage, but he has already allowed four receiving touchdowns in his coverage this season. This is a matchup Brown should win regardless of the circumstances.
