Twenty-two teams hit the ice for tonight's massive 11-game NHL slate! We have a couple of heavyweight battles as the Islanders attempt to claim New York superiority against the Rangers, the Golden Knights take on the Maple Leafs, and the Oilers square off against the Lightning. There are also a few intriguing matchups where teams that have surprisingly started hot will be tested against usual contenders, like the Flames versus the Devils and the Wild against the Kings.
Here are my top three bets on the ice tonight. And here’s a closer look at Coyotes vs. Sabres.

NHL Odds, Picks & Predictions: Coyotes vs. Sabres
The Yotes are 4-6-1 (nine points) this season, and honestly, that may be a little bit better than most people would've anticipated. Regardless, Arizona is in its rightful place in the standings at seventh in the Central, and this will be their second game of a 14-game road trip. On the other hand, the Sabers are 7-5-0 (14 points) and currently reside in sixth place in a stacked Atlantic division. They'll look to snap a two-game losing streak in this matchup set for 7:00 p.m. ET from the KeyBank Center.
This is a great opportunity to get the Sabres at plus money on the puck line. With their high-paced style of play, they'll have plenty of chances to widen out the score in this matchup with the lowly Coyotes. Buffalo brings in the second-ranked offense, scoring 4.1 goals per game, while Arizona is just 27th in that category with an average of 2.8 goals per game. Look for the Sabres to turn this into a back-and-forth game where the two sides will be trading chances all night. With the lack of production from Arizona's forwards this year, you have to wonder where the goals will come from. Let's ride with the Sabres -1.5 tonight.
