Best NHL Plus Money Player Prop Bets

POTD: Torey Krug o2.5 SOG (+146 FanDuel)

One of my favorite ways to play small slates is by looking at how teams perform against defensemen. Today’s two-game tilt features San Jose and Columbus, which happen to be two of the very worst teams against the position. We’re targeting the Blue Jackets here because they are on the road, and the Blues are on a five-game win streak.

Krug loves to shoot and is on the ice over 21 minutes per game. He has only scored one goal this year for a paltry 1 percent shooting percentage. But we don’t need him to find the net. We just need him to find the goalie, and I love the plus money here.
