Winnipeg Jets vs. Buffalo Sabres
- Leg 1: Winnipeg Jets Moneyline (-135)
- Leg 2: Mark Scheifele Over 0.5 Assists (+100)
- Leg 3: Kyle Connor 4+ Shots on Goal (+125)
The Jets started as the hottest team in the league, winning 15 of their first 16 games. However, they have since come down to earth, going 3-7-0 and losing four straight. This offense led the league for a while, but during that four-game losing streak, they scored one goal in three of them.
Will it ever be Buffalo's year? This team has always been on the cusp of being a contender with this roster, but they have never been able to put it together. A couple of years ago, they had one of the best offenses and no goaltending. Last year, the goaltending with Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen was great, but they were hindered by injuries to the offense.
Luukkonen hasn't been consistent this season. He allowed nine goals in his two previous starts and had a .857 save percentage.
This game could start a nice run for the Jets, who are looking ahead to see which games they will be favored in.

Tampa Bay Lightning vs. San Jose Sharks
- Leg 1: Tampa Bay Lightning -1.5 (-108)
- Leg 2: Over 6 Goals (-122)
- Leg 3: Jake Guentzel Anytime Goal Scorer (+145)
The Lightning are on a skid, as they are 5-6-2 in their last 13. Their offense has been excellent throughout this run, averaging 3.61 goals per game and a 52.7% Corsi rate.
Goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy has not played like a Vezina Trophy winner; he has a 3.75 GAA and a .867 save percentage.
The Sharks, record-wise, are much better than last year, but the statistics are still in line with how bad they are. They don't generate any offense as they sit 30th in expected goal percentage (44.5%). The goaltending has been their best attribute, with Mackenzie Blackwood leading the way with a 2.94 GAA. Now, with Vitek Vanecek out, Yaroslav Askarov has come through two back-to-back stellar performances.
This potent offense should have control of this game against bad goaltending.
