The final week of the NFL preseason is upon us!
Week 3 of the preseason will begin with two matchups. The Steelers will head to Carolina for a 7:00 pm ET kickoff on the NFL Network. In addition, the Patriots will travel to MetLife Stadium to take on the Giants at 8:00 p.m. This game is available on Prime Video.
Incredibly enough, the Giants and Patriots are both 2-0 heading into tonight’s game. Whoever wins tonight will conclude the preseason undefeated.

New England Patriots at New York Giants
The Patriots’ starters will likely sit against the Giants tonight. The heavy workload for some of the starters on Tuesday suggests that the Patriots’ starters will likely play very little, if any, against the Giants.
In the preseason, Ben Wooldridge leads the Patriots in passing with 187 passing yards and a touchdown. He also hasn’t thrown an interception. Look for him to get the majority of the reps to close out the Patriots’ preseason.
Meanwhile, as of now, there are no reports on what the Giants’ intentions are. Ultimately, the Giants played their starters in the first two games, and it worked out. Still, I’d be surprised if New York put their starters in harm’s way knowing the season is coming up.
That said, the good news is that the Giants have a lot of quarterback depth. Tommy DeVito is the No. 4 starter, and he’s won some regular season games for the Giants during his career. Plus, Jaxson Dart has thrown for nearly 300 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Giants in passing.
No matter who starts, I’m way more comfortable leaning on New York’s quarterback room than New England’s.
