Odds to Win the Quaker State 400
Matchup: A. Dillon (+100 at DraftKings) vs. Briscoe
Austin Dillon is one of NASCAR's most consistent Superspeedway racers. He owns the third-best average finish at Daytona and Talladega (16.7) among active drivers with at least 10 starts at those tracks. He trails only Bubba Wallace and Kevin Harvick, and he is tied with Denny Hamlin. Chase Briscoe's average finish at those tracks (17.5) isn't far behind, but that's limited to a six-race sample. In contrast, Dillon has made 36 starts.
Dillon has the better head-to-head record at Superspeedways, too. In his seven Superspeedway (counting Atlanta) starts, Briscoe has finished ahead of the elder Dillon brother just twice. He beat Dillon at Daytona and Atlanta earlier this year. But Dillon bounced back with a second-place finish at Talladega, and I'm optimistic that he can beat Briscoe again on Sunday. We're also getting a ton of value here because Briscoe is a heavy favorite.
