Here are our best bets for Tuesday’s MLB action: Brewers vs. Mets.

Milwaukee Brewers vs. New York Mets ML
The Mets earned a much-needed day off yesterday after playing three California teams in the last ten games. New York is likely not too disappointed about its 5-5 record against the Dodgers, Padres, and Angels and now faces a Brewers team that has won just two of its last eight games.
While the Brewers are 20-8 in their last 28 meetings with the Mets, New York is a stellar 24-7 in its last 31 games following an off day and is 23-9 in its previous 32 home games. They have the pitching edge tonight when Chris Bassitt (4-4, 4.35) faces Adrian Houser (3-6, 3.92). Bassitt has not won any of his last six starts but has faced a brutal schedule with road games against the NL West’s top three teams and the red-hot Phillies. He should get a reprieve against a Brewers lineup that ranks 27th in the league with an 80 wRC+ over the last two weeks and whose BABIP of .246 ranks 29th in that span.
Bet: New York Mets ML (-155 at DraftKings)
