We have Major League Baseball all day, starting with the Red Sox and Orioles squaring off for a series win at 1:05 ET. This week's schedule concludes with the Phillies taking on the Mets on Sunday Night Baseball at 7:08 ET from Citi Field. There's plenty of great baseball on today's slate, but I've narrowed in on three plus-money player props that I like to hit! Here's what I'm on this afternoon:

Jake Cronenworth O/U 1.5 Total Bases
The Padres and Pirates square off in a rubber match this afternoon at 1:35 ET from PNC Park in Pittsburgh. The Friars send Joe Musgrove to the bump to win the series while the Bucs counter with Mitch Keller.
Keller has had a tough start to the season, posting an 0-3 record to go along with a 6.62 ERA and 1.64 WHIP over four starts. The right-hander was touched up for four runs against the Brewers when he took the mound on Tuesday night. Keller allowed five hits and issued two free passes while striking out just one batter.
Jake Cronenworth went 1-4 with a double in yesterday's 7-6 loss in Pittsburgh. The 28-year-old infielder is hitting .215 on the year with two home runs and 12 RBIs. Cronenworth has hits in six out of his last seven games, so he's beginning to swing it well. As for head-to-head stats, Cronenworth has faced Keller just three times, but he has recorded a double and a single with two RBIs. I expect there to be plenty of opportunities for Cronenworth to record at least two total bases this afternoon against the Pirates.

Adam Frazier O/U 1.5 Total Bases
The Mariners are looking to avoid a three-game sweep at the hands of the Marlins. Miami improved their win streak to seven games with yesterday's 3-1 win over Seattle. The Fish will try to keep it rolling as they send their ace, Sandy Alcantara to the bump. The M's opt for Logan Gilbert as they try to salvage a game in the series.
Sandy Alcantara is coming off of an outing where he picked up his second win of the season against the Nationals. He limited the Nats to one earned run on six hits and three walks over 6.0 innings in Tuesday night's win. That performance moved him to 2-0 on the year with a 1.78 ERA and 1.18 WHIP.
Alcantara has never faced the Mariners in his young career, but he has faced Adam Frazier when he was a member of the Pirates. Frazier is 5-10 against the right-hander with a double and a home run. Frazier is hitting .238 on the year with 11 RBI's over 21 games in 2022. Considering that Frazier is at the top of the lineup and will get four or five plate appearances, I like him to record at least two total bases today.. Give me the over here with the plus-money payout.

Mike Trout O/U 1.5 Total Bases
The Angels and White Sox split the first two games of their four-game set in Chicago. Game three is set for a 5:10 ET first pitch with a pitching matchup featuring Michael Lorenzen and Dallas Keuchel going head-to-head.
Keuchel has dropped off greatly since his 2015 Cy Young winning year. The left-hander is 1-2 in 2022 with a 9.00 ERA and 2.40 WHIP to start the new campaign. Keuchel bounced back last time out against the Royals, allowing two runs (neither earned) over 4.0 innings of work. But the standout start for Keuchel was when he got shellacked for seven earned runs over 1.0 innings on April 20th against the Guardians. He gave up 10 hits and issued a free pass in the losing effort.
Mike Trout seemed to get off to a relatively slow start to the season. But the 30-year-old outfielder has rebounded and is now hitting .323 with a league-leading 1.141 OPS. Trout has recorded hits in 11 out of his last 13 games and has faced Keuchel in 48 at-bats, collecting 11 hits with two home runs, a triple, and a double. With how hot Trout is swinging the bat combined with Keuchel's current form, I think Trout reaches 2+ total bases easily this afternoon.
