Las Vegas Aces (-188) at Indiana Fever (+148) | O/U 162.5 (-108/-112

It was a stunner in Game 1, as the Fever shocked the Aces 89-73 at Michelob ULTRA Arena at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, seizing home-court advantage for this semifinal.

In Game 2, the Aces bounced back with a convincing 90-68 victory as 9.5-point favorites while the Under (165) cashed. The total went low in Game 1, too. As such, that’s two games, and two Under results, and that’s looking awfully good in Game 3 despite the change of venue. The Under was 5-0 in five regular-season and/or Commissioner’s Cup games this season, and the Under has cashed in eight consecutive meetings in this series since July 2, 2024. So, why stop now?

In addition, Indiana has won outright in three of the previous four meetings, including the Game 1 upset in Vegas as a 9-point underdog.

Indiana is 3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past four playoff games, and the Under is 5-1 in six postseason tilts, while going 7-1 in the past eight games dating back to the penultimate game of the regular season. The total has gone low at a 10-2 clip in the past 12 games since Aug. 29, too.

As for Las Vegas, they are just 1-3 ATS in the past four games, while cashing the Under in three in a row. Vegas won the final 16 games of regular season, while going 14-4-1 ATS in the final 19 games of the regular season. It has been a different story in the playoffs, as Vegas lost a game in the Best-of-3 set with the Seattle Storm, and finds themselves in a dogfight here.

Back the Fever catching the points, and let’s go low on the total.

Picks: Fever +4.5 (-115) & Under 162.5 Total Points (-112)

Minnesota Lynx (-170) at Phoenix Mercury (+138) | O/U 158.5 (-112/-108

The Lynx won 82-69 in Game 1 against the Mercury in the Twin Cities, cashing as a 9.5-point favorite while the Under (159.5) connected. In Game 2, Phoenix returned the favor, winning 89-83 in overtime as a 7.5-point underdog while the Over (160) came through.

In Game 2, Satou Sabally was sharp, going for 24 points with nine rebounds, while Alyssa Thomas posted 19 points with 13 assists and eight rebounds, just missing a triple-double. Sami Whitcomb was sharp off the bench, too, hitting three triples, while going for 13 points, six assists, four rebounds, two steals and just two turnovers in 33 minutes.

Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier was good for 24 points in the losing effort, while Kayla McBride went for 21 points, including four 3-pointers, and Courtney Williams ended up with 20 points, nine assists and seven boards, while adding three steals with seven turnovers.

Minnesota won three of four games in the regular season against Phoenix, while the teams split 2-2 ATS. Like the Indiana-Las Vegas series, the Under has been a frequent occurrence, going 4-0 in the regular season, while splitting in the first two games of this series. The Over hit in the OT Game 2, but the Under cashed comfortably in Game 1.

Let’s definitely go low in this venue shift to the desert, and we’ll back Phoenix catching the little bit of points, too.

Picks: Mercury +3.5 (-105) & Under 158.5 Total Points (-110)
