Welcome to another day of the WNBA season. The playoff race is in full swing and with less than a month until the regular season ends these games are only going to get more exciting. It has been a solid season so far from a betting standpoint, so I hope to continue that trend.
Here are my favorite bets for tonight's slate. Be sure to shop around for the best odds, especially with the WNBA, as books change late.

Washington Mystics at Las Vegas Aces
After being a complete juggernaut the entire season, the Aces have truly fallen from grace of late, dropping three of their last five games, including a 16-point defeat at Washington just a few days ago.
Las Vegas continues to hold the top spot in offensive and defensive rating but recently, their offense has been lacking, being held to 62 points against Washington and 85 at the Liberty. Now, they return home, where they are 12-6 ATS and where they play their best basketball.
A'ja Wilson has been quite the bright spot for Vegas with a 53-point effort last week in a drubbing over Atlanta. While the market should be partially down on the Aces, it shouldn't swing too far. They still are just 1.5 games ahead of the Liberty for the one-seed in the playoffs, and if there is anyone to get a group together, it's Becky Hammon.
Washington may not have the best offense, but they have been shown to be able to handle Vegas. They are coming off short rest after a solid victory Tuesday night, but I see them keeping up tonight at the very least, considering their pace of play is top half of the league, along with the Aces.
The spread is a bit scary for me, but I see positive regression for Vegas and can get behind this current Mystics team. Give me the points.

Phoenix Mercury at Connecticut Sun
For another team coming off short rest and having to travel overnight, Phoenix has to be the easiest team to fade tonight. Atlanta simply dominated them last night with their 18-point victory on the back of an early 16-0 run, and Cheyenne Parker finished 10-13 from the field with 25 points. Brittney Griner did her thing, but this team - already eliminated from playoff contention - is struggling to find offensive production elsewhere.
Connecticut has won three of their last four games, with their only loss coming by five points to the hottest team in the WNBA right now, the Liberty. Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner offer consistent play in the front court, and this team runs deep, with six different players scoring double-digits last time out.
The Mercury will have their hands full tonight, and for a team who has gone 3-14 ATS away from home, I fully trust the trend here. Feel free to tease this one out if you like because this could be a 20-plus point margin.
