Friday’s Best WNBA Player Props & Bets

(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Rhyne Howard 4+ Three-Pointers Made (+182)

Rhyne Howard and the Dream face the struggling Sky for the first time this season, and I'm expecting massive things from the Dream's offense. The Sky are allowing a league-worst 89.5 points per game, and opponents are knocking down 46.9% of their field goals. Additionally, the Sky are the only team in the league allowing opponents to make at least 40% of their three-point attempts, and that's going to be a huge factor in tonight's game.

Howard is already averaging 2.6 made three-pointers per game this season. Now, she gets to experience the best matchup in the league. While she enters tonight cold, after going 0-of-5 from deep on Tuesday against the Indiana Fever, she still has three games with at least four three-pointers this season. Howard may only be shooting 26.1% from deep this season, but she's averaging 9.8 attempts per game. That many attempts against a team that defends the arc as poorly as the Sky is a recipe for success for Howard.

Chelsea Gray 3+ Three-Pointers Made (+270)

You know who else struggles to defend the three-point line? The 1-10 Wings. They're allowing opponents to make 38.9% of their three-pointers per game, which is the second-worst mark in the league. Teams are knocking down 9.5 three-pointers against them, which is also the second-worst in the WNBA.

Chelsea Gray has been outstanding from beyond the arc this season. While she only averages 5.5 three-point attempts per contest, she's knocking down 45.5% of her shots from beyond the arc. On Wednesday, she went 6-of-11 from beyond the arc, bringing her season average to 2.5 made three-pointers per game. She's made at least two threes in four consecutive games, so there is a lot of value in taking her to go over 1.5 three-pointers tonight for a price of -122.

However, I recommend going big in this game. Gray has made at least three threes in three of her eight games. For a price as good as this one, in one of the best matchups in the league, there's no reason not to take this prop.

Brionna Jones Over 7.5 Rebounds (+112)

The Dream is the best rebounding team in the WNBA, averaging 38.3 boards per game. However, based on where oddsmakers have Brionna Jones' total set, it seems they're worried about her matchup with the league's leading rebounder, Angel Reese. But even if Reese has a great game, Jones has proven herself time and time again this season.

Jones is averaging nine rebounds per game this season, and she has five double-digit rebounding games. She grabbed 10 boards on Tuesday against the Fever, and she has at least eight rebounds in six of her nine games this season.

To get a price better than +100 for one of the league's best rebounders to hit an over set 1.5 rebounds below her season average seems too good to be true. But I think that the public likely has their eyes set on Reese, not Jones, so they're probably missing this very valuable play.
