(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Caitlin Clark Over 9.5 Assists (+110)
Clark has played in eight games this season, recording at least nine assists in six of those contests. In her last five games, she's dished out 10 assists twice, nine assists twice, and six assists once. She's yet to record fewer than six assists in a game this season, so she enters this game with a very high floor.
The Storm are allowing 19.2 assists per game, which is about average when you compare that number to the rest of the league. Against the sixth-ranked Storm scoring defense, it's unlikely that Clark sets a season-high. Still, there's also no reason to expect Clark to struggle, considering she's averaging 8.9 assists per game and has put up great numbers against teams better than Seattle. For this price, this is the best Clark prop of the night.
Angel Reese Over 11.5 Rebounds (-108)
It would be nice if the price for this Over were a little better, but we're still getting it better than the standard -110. Reese is averaging 11.5 rebounds per game, and when she faced the Sparks earlier this season, she tallied 12 of them. On Sunday, she pulled down a season-high 19 boards, but Reese is no stranger to great rebounding performances. Sunday's game marked the ninth time she's grabbed at least 10 boards this season.
The Sparks are allowing the fourth-fewest rebounds per game. However, it's not because they're a good rebounding team, as they're just not very good on the glass. This season, they're averaging the fourth-fewest rebounds per game, so every time there is a missed shot, Reese will have the advantage. Considering she has at least 12 boards in seven of her 13 games this season, it makes sense to back her in a favorable matchup.
Allisha Gray Over 18.5 Points (-104)
This price is a little surprising considering what Gray has done this season. She's averaging 20.1 points per game, and in her first meeting with the Wings, she scored 27 points. Though she has scored 19 or fewer in her last three games, she still would have hit this Over on Sunday, and she has six games with at least 20 points this season.
There's no reason to expect Gray to perform much worse in her second game against the Wings than in her first. The Wings are allowing 87.1 points per game, which is the third-most in the WNBA. This feels like a miscalculation based more heavily on recent performances than it should be.
