Monday’s Best 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup Parlay
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Leg #1: France-Nigeria Under 156.5 Points (-120)
Now that teams will be playing their third game in four days, it will be interesting to see the toll this grueling schedule takes on them. Suggesting both teams will score around 80 points, given the conditions, sounds quite ambitious. The total of 156.5 points is difficult to wrap our heads around, aside from one glaring aspect.
Nigeria is shooting 29% from beyond the arc through two games. It's safe to say that if only one of the two teams involved is going to make three-pointers, the line is certainly in trouble. France is averaging 97 points over two games, which is completely driving this total. You can't deny that any game they participate in has a better chance to hit the over. Having said that, if France scores 90 instead of 97, Nigeria would still have to put up 70 points, with little production from long-range shooting.
Leg #2: South Korea +11.5 (-450)
Hungary picked up a solid win against a Nigerian team that has struggled to knock down three-pointers in two games. South Korea are well-versed in the art of three-pointers. South Korea held their own against an elite French team until halftime, after which things started to fall apart. Hungary is nowhere near the talent level of France. We expect South Korea to make this a much more closely contested affair.
We bumped up the spread to 11.5 just to add some cushion in case South Korea starts to struggle in the later stages of the game once again. Hungary fell to France by 46 points and were seemingly down bad from the tip-off. South Korea is a much better team than the point spread (+6.5) gives them credit for. South Korea plays at a frenetic pace, and Hungary may struggle to keep up with the accelerated tempo.
Leg #3: Germany-Mali Over 139.5 Points (-225)
It was good to see the German team get back on track after a rough outing against Spain in their first contest of the tournament. Germany put up 78 points, and that's with the anchor of the team, Leonie Fiebich, massively struggling from the field. Fiebich hasn't been right since the team's opening match, and it's a situation to monitor. Fiebich is shooting a horrific 2-of-14 from three-point distance, and only 22.7% from the field.
We are hoping the third time is the charm for the talented star. Germany has shown they can light up the scoreboard, even without much scoring from Fiebich. Germany only needs around 70 points to help hit the over.
Mali has had no issues scoring and has hit the over in both tournament games. Mali is averaging nearly 90 points through two contests, while shooting 50.7% from the field and 40% from beyond the arc. Mali is not only one of the most efficient teams, but they are also attempting 67 shots per game.
Leg #4: Japan-Spain Over 144.5 Points (-200)
We close out this parlay with easily the sweatiest leg of all. Japan has performed at the highest highs and the lowest lows across two games. In their first contest, Japan scored over 100 points; in their second, they didn't even reach 60. Germany hasn't been playing up to their standard by any means, and Japan still had trouble scoring. We are looking for Japan to fall somewhere between their two performances and score around 75 points.
Spain has been steady on the scoring front, averaging 78 points through two games. Spain’s top stars (Awa Fam and Megan Dileo) are not shy about hoisting up three-point shots. If either one or both start to get hot, Spain will more than likely finish with at least 80 points. We could certainly be fighting a slim margin. Having said that, we feel Japan and Spain can reach a combined total of 145 points.
Parlay Odds: +448
