The Major League Baseball season continues tonight, and we have a 16-game slate to navigate from a sports betting perspective. The bonus game comes in the nation's capital, where the Guardians and Nationals square off in a doubleheader.
I'm heading to the prop sheet to get in on the action, and below you'll find my four favorite home run prop bets. Here's who I believe will touch’em all tonight.

Tuesday’s Best MLB Home Run Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Mookie Betts (+550)
The Dodgers (24-11) collected a 7-4 win over the Marlins (13-21) last night, and they'll turn to Tony Gonsolin as they try to keep things rolling. Miami opts for Cal Quantrill in this National League matchup, which gets underway at 6:40 p.m. ET from loanDepot park in Miami, FL.
Los Angeles improved to 4-0 against Miami with their win last night, averaging 10.25 runs per game in those four contests. This roster has demolished Quantrill in the past, so I'm expecting the Dodgers to rack up the runs once again tonight. They're slashing .346/.425/.559 against the right-hander over 127 at-bats. Specifically, Mookie Betts is 3-for-11 (.273) against him with a home run and four RBI. I'll play Betts to go deep tonight and register his sixth home run of the season.
Quantrill has been a liability this season, entering tonight's game with an 8.10 ERA and a 1.80 WHIP. His HR/9 rate is 1.69, which is the seventh-highest among today's starting pitchers. The Dodgers should do damage offensively, and I expect Betts to get in on the action.
Corey Seager (+350)
We have a fun series getting underway out East, as the Red Sox (18-18) host the Rangers (17-18) in a three-game American League set. Nathan Eovaldi heads to the bump for Texas, while Boston counters with Lucas Giolito. First pitch is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. ET from Fenway Park in Boston, MA.
Corey Seager is heating up, entering tonight's game hitting .291 with a .798 OPS and four home runs on the year. He’s hitting .308 with four runs scored and two RBI in his last three games. I'll back the left-handed slugger to touch’em all tonight in Boston.
Seager has found success against Boston's Giolito in the past, going 3-for-10 (.300) against him with a double and a home run. This will be Giolito's second start of the year. He gave up two bombs to the Blue Jays in his six-inning season debut on April 30th.
That equates to an HR/9 rate of 3.00. He didn't pitch in 2024 due to injury, but posted a 2.00 HR/9 rate in 2023 over 33 starts (184.1 innings), signaling that the long ball has been an issue for the veteran hurler for a while. Give me Seager to go yard.
Daulton Varsho (+550) & Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (+425)
Let's wrap things up out West in this matchup between the Blue Jays (16-18) and the Angels (13-20). Toronto has yet to name a starter, but it's confirmed that Tyler Anderson will toe the rubber for the Halos. First pitch is set for 9:38 p.m. ET from Angel Stadium in Anaheim, CA.
Anderson has looked pretty solid this season, bringing in a 2.67 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP in six starts (33.2 innings) this season. However, the southpaw has had issues with the long ball, recording a 1.60 HR/9 rate in 2025. He's conceded three tanks in his last two starts (12 innings).
I'll round out my card with two of Toronto's better hitters to leave the yard tonight. Give me Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (four home runs) and Daulton Varsho (two home runs) to go deep.
These picks are all about the head-to-head numbers. Varsho has crushed Anderson in the past, going 7-for-12 (.583) against him with a home run and three doubles, while Guerrero is right behind him at 6-for-11 (.545) with a pair of doubles. I'll back these Blue Jays to touch’em all tonight in SoCal.
