San Diego Padres vs. St. Louis Cardinals
- Leg 1: Manny Machado Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105)
- Leg 2: Jackson Merrill Over 1.5 Total Bases (+125)
- Leg 3: David Peralta Over 1.5 Total Bases (+120)
The St. Louis Cardinals will send Kyle Gibson to the mound. Gibson is a right-handed pitcher who has allowed a .209 ISO and wOBA of .372 to his last 122 batters.
In addition, Gibson has struck out only 19.7% of batters and has allowed 45.8% of hard contact with 31.8% of line drives. Ultimately, he’s got below-average stats against both sides of the plate.
Manny Machado has already smashed a .250 ISO and wOBA of .372 against his last 84 righties. He’s struck out just 11.9% of the time against righties over that time.
Behind him, Jackson Merrill, who is coming off another walk-off home run, has launched a .375 ISO and wOBA of .416 against his last 79 righties. Merrill, like Machado, has struck out only 13.9% of the time in the previous 30 days as a left-handed hitter.
Finally, David Peralta, another lefty, has earned a .243 ISO and wOBA of .421 against his last 75 righties. Peralta has also kept his strikeout rate down to 17.3% in the previous 30 days against righties.
The entire Padres lineup could produce against Gibson. But these three have the best numbers.

Miami Marlins vs. Colorado Rockies
- Leg 1: Jake Burger Over 1.5 Total Bases (+108)
- Leg 2: Jesus Sanchez Over 1.5 Total Bases (+165)
- Leg 3: Jonah Bride Over 1.5 Total Bases (-130)
The Rockies haven’t announced an official starter. However, it’ll likely be Ryan Feltner. Feltner is a right-hander who has allowed a .216 ISO and wOBA of .353 to his last 57 batters.
In the last 30 days, Feltner has allowed 63.4% of hard contact and has given up 31.7% of fly balls with more than 24% of line drives.
In Coors Field, the Marlins’ bats have some potential.
Jake Burger has added a .277 ISO and wOBA of .431 against his last 76 righties. He’s hit 66% of hard contact in that time and has earned 36.2% of fly balls with a 12.8% barrel percentage.
Meanwhile, behind him is Jesus Sanchez. Sanchez has hit a .177 ISO and wOBA of .329 against his last 67 righties. He’s live tonight because of his high line drive and hard contact rates. He’s added 35.7% of line drives with 66.7% of hard contact. In addition, he’s hit a 16.7% barrel percentage against righties. That should go well in Colorado.
Lastly, Jonah Bride has come out of nowhere. He’s slapped a .230 ISO and wOBA of .384 with only 18.6% of strikeouts against righties. Bride has a .311 batting average on balls in play (BABIP) and nearly 25% of line drives against righties in the last month.
Parlay Odds: +753
