I’m eying a few games for our same-game parlays in the MLB tonight. Ultimately, a few pitchers on the slate are worth fading anytime you can.
So, let’s get right to it. Here are my favorite MLB same game parlays for tonight’s MLB slate.

Padres vs. Phillies MLB Same Game Parlay
- Leg 1: Kyle Schwarber Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
- Leg 2: Bryce Harper Over 1.5 Total Bases (-125)
- Leg 3: David Dahl Over 1.5 Total Bases (+170)
The Padres will throw Randy Vasquez for tonight’s game against the Phillies. He’s a righty who has allowed a .259 ISO and wOBA of .515 to his first 63 lefties. In addition, Vasquez has only struck out 11.1% of lefties and has allowed 45.1% of line drives this season.
Yes, 45% of contact against Vasquez from lefties has resulted in line drives. Furthermore, Vasquez has allowed 51% of hard contact to lefties. So these are line-drive bullets from lefties.
Kyle Schwarber has hit a .208 ISO and wOBA of .403 against righties over the last month. Bryce Harper has hit a .182 ISO and wOBA of .374 with only 17.7% of strikeouts against righties.
Lastly, David Dahl has hit a .400 ISO and wOBA of .382 against righties in the last 30 days.
Schwarber and Harper have smashed line drive rates above 30% against righties in the last 30 days, and Dahl has hit an 18.8% barrel percentage against lefties, which has led the team in the previous month. Consider backing the three lefties for tonight’s game against Vasquez and the Padres.

Cardinals vs. Marlins MLB Same Game Parlay
- Leg 1: Sonny Gray Over 6.5 Ks (-138)
- Leg 2: Nolan Arenado Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
- Leg 3: Masyn Winn Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105)
Sonny Gray has increased his strikeout rate to 33% during the season, thanks to a 34.5% strikeout rate in the last 30 days. Gray has earned over 30% of strikeouts against righties and lefties this season. In addition, he’s allowed a .123 ISO and wOBA of .262 to 276 batters.
Not only is he adding a high rate of strikeouts, but he’s pitching well enough to go deep into games.
That said, he’ll take on a Marlins lineup that has struck out 22.6% of the time against righties in the last 30 days. Miami’s projected lineup has five batters with strikeout rates above 25%. There are also seven batters with 19.7% or higher strikeout rates against righties in the last 30 days.
Gray has plenty of potential against this Miami lineup.
On the other hand, Braxton Garrett will get the ball for the Marlins. The left-hander has allowed a .163 ISO and wOBA of .344 to his last 91 righties. He’s also earned only 17.6% of strikeouts against righties in the last 30 days, which has been a worse rate than his previous month.
He’ll take on Masyn Winn and Nolan Arenado, who are two righty hitters who have been finding consistent success against lefties lately. Winn has hit a .257 ISO and wOBA of .365 with only 22.2% of strikeouts in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Arenado has hit a .208 ISO and wOBA of .363 with just 7.4% of strikeouts and no walks. Arenado is up there to hit the ball against lefties, and that’s what we want for his total base prop.
MLB Same Game Parlay Odds: +602
