Sunday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Jaren Jackson Jr. Over 23.5 Points (-120)
The Grizzlies have been on fire lately, winning seven of their last eight games. This offense has carried this team all season, leading the league with 123.2 points per game.
They are taking on the Bucks, whose defense has struggled the last two games, allowing a combined 269 points to San Antonio (144) and Portland (125). This could be a huge game for Jaren Jackson Jr., who has been Memphis’ top scorer this season. He's gone over his points prop in three of the last four games, and Milwaukee has let power forwards go over their points prop in five of their last six games.
Donovan Mitchell Over 4.5 Assists (-115)
What makes a good team is how they respond to adversity. The Cavaliers faced their worst losing streak when they dropped three in a row, but have responded with three straight wins. This offense continues to be one of the best in the league. It sports a league-leading 1.187 offensive efficiency rating and is second in points with 122.2 per game.
They'll match up with Dallas, who has been trying to remain competitive and just shocked the NBA world early Sunday morning by trading star Luka Doncic to the Lakers for Anthony Davis. It will be tough for the Mavs to keep up with four starters averaging over 13 points per game.
Mitchell leads the team in scoring with 23.9 points per game but is also second in assists. He just needs to get to his season average, which he's gone over in five straight, averaging 6.4 in that span.
