Welcome to another day of NBA player props as we close in on the end of the regular season. If you aren't taking advantage of the BettingPros prop tools, you're missing out, but there's no time like the present. It's been a profitable year, and I plan on continuing that into the playoffs. As always, monitor any potential news and lineup announcements. The best way to stay informed about NBA player props is to stay current with the latest updates. The second-best way is to shop around at different sportsbooks. Player props rarely have identical odds across platforms, so ensure you get the best value.
We have a healthy six-game slate, which means plenty of options to choose from. Of course, there are still players with questionable tags across the board, so make sure to stay on top of the news. Anyways, let's get to the best bets of the day.
Unless specified otherwise, each bet will be for a single unit.

Thursday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets
Last Time: 1-2 | This Season: 81-64
Joel Embiid Under 35.5 Points + Rebounds (-117 at FanDuel Sportsbook)
Surprisingly, the 76ers are smack dab in the thick of things for playoff positioning, as only a half game separates them from moving up to seventh or down to ninth in the Eastern Conference standings. Unfortunately, Houston is in the same boat, and they could move up to third in the Western Conference.
This game is in Houston, where the Rockets' defense jumps from 11th to fourth in defensive metrics on the season. Over their last 30 games, they've also limited opposing centers to the seventh-fewest combined points + rebounds. The 76ers are finally healthy, likely pulling usage away from Joel Embiid down low. Philadelphia has improved offensively of late and should keep this game close, but Houston’s defense and interior presence will be too much for Embiid to go over this combo prop tonight.
Scottie Barnes Over 23.5 Points + Rebounds (-109 at DraftKings Sportsbook)
Alternatively, I do expect Scottie Barnes to cover his combined points + rebounds prop. The Toronto power forward has averaged 30 minutes a night over his last seven games with a usage rate of 24%. Considering Miami is the fastest-paced team in the NBA, that should be plenty for Barnes to cover this combo prop.
The Heat have allowed the third-most points to opposing power forwards over their last 30 games, and Toronto gets a bump with homecourt advantage. Barnes has covered this line in 60% of games this season, so I'm surprised it's set so low with such a high expected possession rate. Feel free to bet on some alt lines because you're getting solid value on this prop.
Bilal Coulibaly Under 14.5 Points (-114 at FanDuel Sportsbook)
The tank-a-thon takes center stage in this game with the Wizards trying to lock up last place in the Eastern Conference. They are just a game behind the Pacers in the standings. I'm not saying they are completely throwing in the towel, but half the team is questionable tonight, so Bilal Coulibaly might not even play. If that's the case, I'm riding Bub Carrington's unders.
This is a very high total, but I'm zagging here because it's gotten to the point of overinflation. This is a line that Coulibaly has covered in just 24% of games this season. I know Chicago is a fast-paced team with an easy matchup, but the BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet projects this line closer to 12, and I trust the sheet with my life. Don't be afraid to get a little different here.
