We’ve got one last heavy slate before the NBA Cup begins on Tuesday. Ultimately, the Knicks will take on the Raptors tomorrow, and then the NBA Cup will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. That will be followed by just three regular season games on Thursday.
That said, we won’t see a big board in the NBA until Friday again. Let’s take advantage of today. I’ve got two same-game parlays (SGPs) you’ll want to consider.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Golden State Warriors
- Leg 1: Julius Randle Over 19.5 Points (-122)
- Leg 2: Mike Conley Over 2.5 Rebounds (-154)
- Leg 3: Brandin Podziemski Under 3.5 Assists (-113)
Julius Randle has only scored at least 20 points in one of his last four games. However, he’s got an exciting matchup tonight against the Warriors. The Warriors rank 18th in the NBA in points allowed to power forwards. In addition, the Warriors have given up 2.73 threes to power forwards, giving them a 46.4% field goal percentage. Randle should capitalize on these stats.
Meanwhile, Mike Conley won’t have a big day shooting the basketball. But he’ll have enough chances on the glass. After all, the Warriors have allowed 6.99 rebounds to point guards this season, which is 28th in the NBA. Conley should add a few defensive rebounds to help us out here.
Lastly, consider Brandin Podziemski to go under 3.5 assists. The Timberwolves already rank first in the NBA in assists allowed to shooting guards, giving up only 3.58 assists per game. That makes me confident.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
- Leg 1: DeAndre Ayton Over 14.5 Points (-120)
- Leg 2: Anthony Davis Over 27.5 Points (-104)
- Leg 3: LeBron James Over 9.5 Assists (-111)
DeAndre Ayton should have his way against the Lakers tonight. For one, he’s scored at least 16 points in four of his last five games. Second, the Lakers have allowed 23.44 points per game to centers this season, which ranks 22nd in the NBA. Centers have also added 5.12 offensive rebounds and have recorded 4.65 second-chance points per game against them. Ayton should have a field day.
On the other hand, Anthony Davis scored 38 points after two dud performances. With a matchup against Portland, he’s in line to continue his high production. The Blazers rank 24th in field goal percentage against power forwards and have allowed 3.19 offensive rebounds with 3.6 second-chance points per game. Davis might even drop a three-pointer against the Blazers.
We’ll hope Davis gets some assists from LeBron James. James finished the last game with 11 assists against Dallas. He’s hit this line in two of his last four but has an elite matchup against the Blazers. After all, the Blazers rank 28th in assists allowed to small forwards. With momentum from the previous game, James should continue filling the box score.
