The New York Knicks will look to earn a sweep over the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Ultimately, the Knicks have dominated ever since the fourth quarter in Game 1. But don’t worry, Cavs fans, you’ve won two of three analytically! Anyway, here’s our top NBA same game parlay (SGPs) and picks for tonight’s Game 4.

New York Knicks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
- Leg 1: Dean Wade Under 3.5 Points (-136)
- Leg 2: OG Anunoby Over 1.5 Assists (-154)
- Leg 3: Sam Merrill Over 2.5 Threes (+144)
In the last two games combined, Dean Wade has scored just three points. His usage was just 2.6% in Game 3, and he played fewer than 17 minutes. Meanwhile, the Knicks rank third in the NBA in field goal percentage allowed to power forwards. They’re also 5th in points allowed to power forwards this season. Ultimately, Wade has taken 2.5 shots per game over the last ten games. But he’s had three games with only two field goal attempts in the last five.
On the other hand, OG Anunoby has added at least two assists in every game against the Cavaliers. His minutes have remained around 30 per night despite his hamstring injury. Anunoby had four assists in Game 3. The Knicks continue to hit shots and play very connected. Anunoby should continue to get assists against the Cavaliers, with the defense over-helping on Jalen Brunson.
Finally, I still like Sam Merrill to add at least three three-pointers. He’s attempted at least seven threes in three of his last four games, and the Knicks ranked just 27th in three-pointers and three-point field goal percentage allowed to shooting guards this season. Merrill has shot at least 50% from three in two of his last four games.
