Week 5 Monday Night Football Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets: Chiefs vs. Jaguars

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

First Touchdown Scorer: Travis Etienne Jr. (+650)

The Jaguars’ offense has been one-sided this season. The passing game has struggled to get off the ground, and they are 20th in dropback expected points added (EPA) with a mark of 0.060. Trevor Lawrence's 58.3% completion rate is the worst of his career through four games. The one bright spot has been Travis Etienne Jr., who ranks third in rushing yards (394).

Do not be surprised if the Jaguars lean on Etienne against a Kansas City run defense ranked 22nd in rushing yards allowed per game (127) and 29th in opponents' rushing success rate (47.7%).

Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Kareem Hunt (+190)

It's the longtime veteran who has been the featured back in this offense. Kareem Hunt leads the team with 36 carries and is the only running back to score a rushing touchdown.

Hunt has also been handling the bulk of the red-zone carries for the Chiefs (60%), and his lone rushing touchdown has come from within the 10-yard line. Kansas City is one of the heavier pass teams in the league, but when they get inside the 20, they are going to look for Hunt to punch it in.

Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Xavier Worthy (+180)

As soon as Xavier Worthy made his return for the Chiefs, he assumed his role as the top receiver in this offense. In the Week 4 win against the Ravens, he led the team in targets (eight), receiving yards (83) and rushing yards (38). His versatility as both a runner and receiver is why they prioritize getting him the ball.

Jacksonville has a fantastic defensive front, and Worthy might get stuffed in the run game, but the Jaguars are allowing 223.5 passing yards per game (23rd). He could find his first touchdown of the season tonight.
