Week 17 Sunday Night Football Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets

Atlanta Falcons First TD Scorer: Bijan Robinson (+210)

The Falcons will give Michael Penix Jr. his second consecutive start on Sunday night against the Commanders. Therefore, expect Atlanta to lean on their superstar running back, especially against a struggling run defense. Robinson leads the Falcons in rushing touchdowns (10) and offensive scores (11), account over 35.5% of the team's total this season. More importantly, the former Texas star has had the first Atlanta offensive touchdown in five of the past nine games.

Last week, Robinson had two rushing touchdowns, including the team's first offensive score in the win over the New York Giants, recording a four-yard rushing touchdown. Meanwhile, Washington has given up 13 rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs. They have surrendered two rushing touchdowns to opposing running backs in four games this year, including last week. More importantly, the first touchdown scored against the Commanders has been by a running back in back-to-back outings.

Washington Commanders First TD Scorer: Olamide Zaccheaus (+950)

Unfortunately, an already limited Washington wide receiver core has gotten obliterated by injuries lately. Noah Brown is on injured reserve with a kidney injury. Meanwhile, Dyami Brown won't play tomorrow night after suffering a hamstring injury last week. More importantly, Zaccheaus has stepped up for the Commanders alongside Terry McLaurin. The veteran played the second-most snaps among wide receivers in Week 16 (47) while finishing with a team-high eight targets in the win.

Furthermore, Zaccheaus turned his eight targets into five receptions for 70 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The veteran wide receiver is third on the team in receiving touchdowns despite having only 35 receptions this season. Meanwhile, the Falcons have struggled with opposing No. 2 wide receivers lately, giving up three receiving touchdowns to Jordan Addison three weeks ago. More importantly, expect Washington to try to get Zaccheaus a touchdown against his former team.

Anytime TD Scorer: Terry McLaurin (+105)

McLaurin has had a career year with Jayden Daniels under center. The superstar has 12 receiving touchdowns, totaling five more than his previous career high (seven) as a rookie. More importantly, he is second in the NFL in receiving scores entering Week 17, only behind Ja'Marr Chase (16). McLaurin has been a scoring machine, totaling two receiving touchdowns in more games (three) than contests without finding the end zone (two) over the past eight weeks.

More importantly, the former Ohio State star has had at least one receiving touchdown in 53.3% of the games this season, finding the end zone in four consecutive contests. McLaurin has six receiving touchdowns over the past five weeks, the most in the NFL, despite having his bye in Week 14. Meanwhile, the Falcons have struggled to keep opposing No. 1 wide receivers out of the end zone, surrendering nine receiving touchdowns to them this season.

Anytime TD Scorer: Drake London (+145)

While Michael Penix Jr. had a solid NFL debut last week, the rookie quarterback didn't have a passing touchdown in the win. However, London led the Falcons in targets with eight. More importantly, the star wide receiver leads the team in receiving touchdowns this year (seven). He has found the end zone in nearly half of the games this season, including two weeks ago in the win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Meanwhile, the Commanders' pass defense has played well lately. However, they have faced several backup quarterbacks over the past few weeks, including Cooper Rush, Spencer Rattler, and Kenny Pickett. Yet, Washington has struggled to keep wide receivers out of the end zone, surrendering 16 receiving touchdowns, the ninth-most in the NFL. They have given up six receiving touchdowns to wide receivers over their past six games, including two in a contest twice.
