One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser lets you buy points - like 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 - in a direction that reduces risk. You’ll find our top NFL Week 7 teasers below.
Teaser Tips to Follow:
- Never cross over 0
- Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7
- Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or fewer

NFL Week 7 Teasers

Minnesota Vikings (-6.5 to -0.5) vs. Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis is in a lot of turmoil right now, and it's hard to imagine things getting much worse for the Colts.
Between their general manager being fired, trade rumors swirling around star running back Jonathan Taylor and fans calling for head coach Shane Steichen's job, this team has no shortage of distractions heading into Week 7.
Now they have to travel to Minnesota to face arguably one of the league’s best defenses, which has allowed just 10 points per game over its last four contests.
I see this game playing out one of two ways.
The Colts could rally, block out the outside noise and put on an inspired performance that leads to one of the biggest upsets of Week 7.
Or they could fold like a lawn chair and get absolutely smoked.
Personally, I'm leaning toward the latter.
With all the distractions surrounding Indianapolis and the way Minnesota’s defense has been playing, I have a hard time seeing the Colts walk into Minnesota and come away with a win.
Kansas City Chiefs (+3 to +9) vs. Seattle Seahawks
Until I see something that tells me otherwise, I’m going to continue backing Kansas City whenever I can get points. And I don’t care who they’re playing.
This Chiefs team is starting to look a lot like the Kansas City teams we’ve grown accustomed to seeing over the years. The same teams that dominated the league and made seven consecutive trips to the AFC Conference Championship.
One of the biggest differences this season is the addition of Kenneth Walker III, an absolute game-changer for this offense. Walker gets an opportunity to face his former team, the same organization that let him walk in free agency. You have to imagine he has a little extra motivation in this matchup.
Now, don’t get me wrong. Seattle is one of the toughest places in the NFL to play, and leaving with a win is never easy.
But we’re talking about Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes and a Chiefs team that has been there and done that countless times. This is an experienced, battle-tested group that knows how to handle hostile environments and win big football games.
Seattle may win this game, but I have a hard time seeing Kansas City get blown out with the way they’re playing right now.
Tennessee Titans (+2 to +8) vs. Cleveland Browns
This is one of those matchups where I could realistically see either team winning outright, but I don’t see either team running away with it.
If one team could win by double digits, it’s Tennessee. That’s exactly why I’m looking to back the Titans in a teaser and grab the eight points.
The Titans finally picked up their first win of the season last week against the Indianapolis Colts, and sometimes that’s all it takes to get the monkey off your back. That first win could go a long way toward relieving pressure on the coaching staff and giving this team a much-needed confidence boost.
Los Angeles Rams (-3 to +3) vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The Rams burned me last week. I really liked them in a bounce-back spot after their loss to Buffalo, but instead of responding, they went out and lost outright.
You know the old saying, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me?”
Well, here I am, backing the Rams once again.
Coming off back-to-back losses, you’d have to imagine there’s a growing sense of urgency in Los Angeles. This team entered the season as one of the heavy Super Bowl favorites, and now they’re sitting at 2-4.
Yes, it’s still relatively early in the season, but for a team with championship aspirations, this is starting to feel like a must-win situation.
On the other side, the Raiders were an early-season Cinderella story, jumping out to a surprising 3-0 start. But a closer look at those victories makes them seem far less impressive.
Those three wins came against the Dolphins, Chargers and Saints - teams that have combined for an ugly 2-15 record.
Since then, reality seems to have caught up with Las Vegas. The Raiders have dropped three straight games to the Patriots, Bills, and Chiefs - three teams that could very well find themselves playing postseason football.
Now, I’m not going to pretend the Rams haven’t been disappointing themselves. They absolutely have. But I still believe this team has too much talent, too much experience, and too good a coaching staff to continue playing this poorly.
At some point, you have to believe the Rams will figure things out, and I think this is where their season starts to turn around.
Best Bet: 6-Point Teaser
Chiefs +9/Rams +3 (-125 at Caesars Sportsbook)
