For our Teasers article, we will see a 6-point basic teaser in the NFL. It’s also smart to play numbers that make sense. You need to cross key numbers to gain value. Those numbers would be 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 13, 14, 17.
Here’s a teaser betting guide from Jason Katz via BettingPros if you aren’t familiar with Teasers.

Leg #1 Cardinals -1
We’re getting the 9-2 Cardinals at -1 with Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins likely suiting up after a bye week last week. Meanwhile, the Bears will have to start Andy Dalton, who just isn’t what he used to be. Dalton struggled to lead the Bears over the Lions on Thanksgiving Thursday and just doesn’t have the mobility that starting quarterback Justin Fields has.
Of course, Fields is injured and out for this game.
Meanwhile, Murray can do so much more than Colt McCoy, and while he’s still questionable if he’s able to play in this game, it will mean that he’s legitimately ready to go and is 100 percent healthy. Arizona has played it very safe with Murray, so we know he’s legitimately healthy when he’s back out there.
Leg #2. Bengals +3
Not only are we taking the Bengals at home, but we’re also catching three points at home with Cincinnati. The Bengals have scored over 70 points in their last two games and will look to continue that against a Las Angeles Chargers team that has really struggled to stop the run this season.
Once Joe Mixon and the ground game gets working, everything will open up for this Bengals offense. Since that bye week after losing two straight, the Bengals look focused and look extremely good. They’re coming off a rivalry win over the Steelers and beat the Raiders in the previous week by a solid margin.
This should also be a fun game between Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert. Burrow was selected first overall in last year’s draft in front of Herbert and will prove he’s the better quarterback in this game as well.
Leg #3. Patriots +8.5
The Patriots don’t play the Bills until Monday night, but New England looks to be one of the best teams in football right now. The Patriots are on a massive win streak and have been able to force plenty of turnovers on defense while limiting turnovers on offense. That’s always the recipe for success.
But this game now has a bigger meaning. This is for the top spot in the AFC East. The Bills have dropped two of their last four games to the Jaguars and Colts, and while the Bills took care of business against the Jets and Saints on the road, they shouldn’t be bragging much as both of those teams are far away from the playoff hunt this year.
The reality is, the Patriots have been more consistent. I’ll like the Patriots knowing the Bills need to win this game by two possessions to beat me. Overall, I think the Patriots can win outright with the way they’ve been playing but having this insurance is crucial.
