Atlanta Dream at Las Vegas Aces

Each one of the Aces’ victories in their seven-game winning streak has been by double-digits. They have been on an absolute tear, even for the juggernaut they so clearly are.

Despite their 23-2 record, however, there has to be a regression for this team at some point, right? It was announced that Candace Parker is out indefinitely with her fractured foot and Riquna Williams is not allowed to participate in team activities due to her arrest for domestic violence charges.

If there is a hole in this current Las Vegas team, it is depth. What helps the Dream here is their place of pay. Ranking first in the league, Atlanta will continue pushing the ball all four quarters which will test this refind Las Vegas squad. With a defense coming it at fourth-best, I see Atlanta hanging on here – especially considering their 7-4 ATS record on the road this year – or even making a comeback.

Play: Dream +14.5

Minnesota Lynx at Connecticut Sun

Given the recent play of both teams, I am quite surprised at this spread.

Just two days ago, Minnesota defeated Connecticut 87-83 shorthanded, and now you're telling me that they are 11.5-point underdogs? It doesn't make any sense.

Napheesa Collier may be sidelined for a bit and their sustainable success without her is to be questioned. But so far, the rest of the Minnesota team truly stepped up and showed how the Lynx have more depth than they were given credit for.

Second-overall draft pick Diamond Miller has been a prolific scorer and Jessica Shepard has been elite on the glass. Connecticut should have a better time shooting the ball tonight but Minnesota takes care of rebounding defensively and the Sun seem to have no answers for their five different double-digit scorers. As long as the Lynx holds Dewanna Bonner in check, this should be an easy cover.

Play: Lynx +11.5

It feels a bit risky going with two double-digit road underdogs but I am quite confident on those two plays and they are the only pair of games I have true reads on tonight so I will be placing two units on each.
