Sunday's Best WNBA Bets

2026 Regular Season: 9-10-0 | Last: 1-1 | (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

New York Liberty (-6.5) at Toronto Tempo (+215) | O/U 176.5 (-110/-110)

Both of these teams are 2-5 SU in there last seven games, the difference is New York is also 2-4 in their last six, whereas Toronto is 1-5 in their last six. Neither team is exactly playing “winning” basketball right now, but Toronto is an expansion team in its first season, not a team less than two years removed from a WNBA title like the Liberty.
New York is 2-6 in their last eight games, and despite dropping games to the Storm, Sparks, and Mystics, their two wins in that span were against the Minnesota Lynx and Las Vegas Aces, two of the Ws pacers at the moment. The bottom line is that New York, for whatever reason (injuries, new coaches, chemistry issues, etc) has been playing to the level of their opponent’s consistently since June 19’s 86-83 home loss to the Mystics.
Toronto is just 9-13 so far in their inaugural season, and they have gone just 2-8 SU in their last 10 games, so it’s hard to back the Tempo on the moneyline because neither of these teams can be counted on to win games at the moment. Let’s take the Tempo and the 6.5 points.

    Pick: Tempo +6.5 (-112)

    Indiana Fever (+185) at Las Vegas Aces (-5.5) | O/U 182.5 (-105/-115)

The last time these two teams faced off, a week ago, the Caitlin Clark-less Fever dominated the A’ja Wilson-less Aces, to the tune of 84-68. Kelsey Mitchell dropped 27 on the Aces, and Aliyah Boston recorded an 18-point/10-rebound double-double, while Vegas got outscored 42-27 after halftime.
A week later, the Fever expect Caitlin Clark (back) to return tonight, and Vegas has gotten A’ja Wilson back, and BACK she has been. All Wilson has done in the two games since returning from a leg injury is post back-to-back double-doubles (31-10, 21-15),  giving her three straight dating back to the June 28 injury against the Sky (30-15).
All that being said, the Fever showed last week that they can take down the Aces (without their best) without their biggest name. Now Indy gets Clark back, and Kelsey Mitchell is still on her heater? The Fever are offering a ton of value at +185 on the moneyline. It feels like Vegas is completely disregarding last Sunday’s game (understandably so), but I just think the return is simply tooooo good.

      Pick: Fever +5.5 (-105) & Fever Moneyline (+185)
