Best NFL Week 2 Ladder Bets: Picks & Predictions (2025)

NFL Week 14 Anytime TD Scorers: Seahawks vs. Cardinals (2024)

The 2025-26 NFL season is in full swing, and we saw a few heroic statistical performances in Week 1. Josh Allen (394 passing yards) lit up the Ravens in that epic Sunday Night Football showdown, while Derrick Henry (169 yards, 2 TD) and Travis Etienne (143 yards) paved the way on the ground. Out wide, nine players registered 100+ receiving yards, with Zay Flowers (143 yards, 1 TD) and Puka Nacua (130 yards) separating themselves from the pack.

I have narrowed in on three big-name players who are primed to go nuclear in Week 2. I'm "climbing the ladder" with their player props, betting on them to clear their baseline yardage totals, as well as going over their higher alternate totals. Here are my top NFL ladder bets in Week 2.

CeeDee Lamb Receiving Yards

The Cowboys (0-1) return home licking their wounds after dropping a 24-20 contest to the Eagles last Thursday night. They'll play their second consecutive divisional opponent when they host the Giants (0-1) on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

One of the early Week 2 bets that I locked in was the Over 44.5 points for this divisional matchup between the Giants and the Cowboys. It's pretty clear that neither of these teams are going to be reliable defensively. Both teams ranked in the bottom-third of the PFF secondary rankings coming into the season, with New York sitting at 24th and Dallas coming in at 31st.

The Dak Prescott-CeeDee Lamb connection is alive and well in Arlington, as the duo came together for seven receptions and 110 yards against a tough Philadelphia defense in Week 1. Those numbers could've been much higher, but Lamb had two official drops (with a debatable third) on Thursday night. Lamb is averaging over 10 targets and picking up 12.1 yards per reception since 2024. Dating back to last season, he now has 105+ yards in his last three games. I'll lock in Lamb to have another big weekend against a questionable opposing secondary.

Tyreek Hill Receiving Yards

The Dolphins (0-1) got run out of Indianapolis on Sunday, getting blown out in an embarrassing 33-8 loss to the Colts. Miami opens up its divisional schedule at home on Sunday, where they'll host winless New England (0-1). This AFC East clash gets underway at 1:00 p.m. ET from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

I mentioned my early-week bet on the Over in the Giants vs. Cowboys game above, and the only other side/total wager that I have locked in as of this writing (Wednesday) is the Dolphins -1.5 at home. This is a perfect buy-low spot on Miami after that horrendous performance in Indy in Week 1. They'll take on a rebuilding New England team, and just based on the sheer edge in roster talent, I have to think Miami bounces back.

I'm riding with Tyreek Hill to turn in a monster outing on Sunday. He went for only 40 yards in Week 1, but this should be a nice breakout spot for the speedy receiver. Mostly, this is a fade of New England's defense, which got shredded for 333 passing yards against Las Vegas last weekend. If the Geno Smith-Brock Bowers-Jakobi Meyers trio can put up those numbers, imagine what a Mike McDaniel-led group will do. Last season, Hill went for 61+ yards in seven of his 17 games, as well as clearing the 100-yard threshold three times.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Receiving Yards

The Cardinals (1-0) notched a 20-13 road win over the Saints in Week 1, and they'll look to take care of another creampuff organization on Sunday when they host the Panthers (0-1). Kickoff is set for 4:05 p.m. ET from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ.

Marvin Harrison Jr., the former fourth overall pick in 2024, wasn't overpowering in his debut campaign last season. He went for 885 receiving yards on 62 catches, which equates to only 52.1 yards per game. The Ohio State product was targeted 116 times, so his 62 receptions translate to an underwhelming 53.4% connection rate with Kyler Murray.

As the duo continue to build more chemistry, we should see their production skyrocket. Last week against the Saints, Harrison Jr. had five catches on six targets for 71 yards. I'm bullish on the second-year receiver, and he should be primed for another nice performance against a woeful Carolina defense. In the above-linked PFF secondary rankings, the Panthers were 30th overall. Last season, they were 25th in passing yards allowed per game (224.7) and 26th in opposing completion percentage (67.92%). Look for the Murray-Harrison Jr. duo to do some damage in their home opener.
