Host Matt Perrault recaps a frustrating Tuesday night (1-3), where his only win came from an NBA prop, while bad beats on the Hard Rock Bet (CBB total) and an NBA spread (Spurs) set him back. He discusses his need to “get away” after the Spurs/Rockets result.

For Wednesday, he looks ahead to the NFL Conference Championship Games on Sunday, setting up hedge positions for his existing futures tickets.

AFC Championship: Patriots vs. Broncos:
- Hedge Strategy: With a 10/1 (or 11/1) ticket on the Patriots to win the Super Bowl, he locks in a hedge on the Broncos Moneyline. He expects the line to drop closer to 3.5 once limits open, viewing the current +5.5 range as a “head fake.” He cites trends favoring home teams in this spot but prioritizes guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome.
NFC Championship: Rams vs. Seahawks:
- Hedge Strategy: Holding a 14/1 ticket on the Seahawks, he hedges with the Rams Moneyline. He acknowledges the Rams’ struggles on the road in playoffs (especially third consecutive road games) and dome teams outdoors, but emphasizes the mathematical necessity of securing a win.
Teaser Strategy:
- Patriots/Broncos Total: Teased UP to Under 47.5. He expects a defensive battle with Jarrett Stidham at QB for Denver and the Patriots’ elite defense.
- Rams/Seahawks Total: Teased DOWN to Over 41.5. Reversing his initial lean after consulting with Pat Fitzmaurice, he cites the Rams’ 8-3 road over record and the high-scoring nature of their previous meeting in Seattle.

Hard Rock Bet of the Day (College Basketball):

Richmond vs. Rhode Island: He employs a specific system play: backing a team coming off a road conference loss returning home as a short favorite (<5 points). He fades Rhode Island’s poor ATS form (1-8 ATS recently) and trusts Richmond to bounce back at home. He takes a position on the Point Spread.
