Today’s 2025 Unrivaled League Best Bets: Lunar Owls BC vs. Phantom BC
Here are our top picks for today’s 2025 Unrivaled League action.
Lunar Owls BC vs. Phantom BC
The Lunar Owls crushed me on Saturday. I was laying the 6.5 points, and they ended up getting the victory, but by only six. It was my first loss betting on Unrivaled Basketball, and I have to admit, it stung a little. Still, Lunar Owls moved to 10-1, and remain on track to win the entire thing. In fact, there is just one other team, Rose, with a record above .500, and it is just 6-5. The Owls are 10-1, and on an absolute tear with Napheesa Collier, Skylar Diggins-Smith, Allisha Gray, etc. Phantom BC should be better. This team is stacked with the likes of Natasha Cloud, Brittney Griner, Sabrina Ionescu, Marina Mabrey, Satou Sabally, etc. However, this team is inexplicably in the cellar at 3-8, with a point differential of minus-116, which is the absolute worst in Unrivaled, and it’s not even close. On the flip side, Lunar Owls are plus-113, and the next closest team is plus-11. These teams met on Jan. 24, with the Lunar Owls winning 82-58, and again on Feb. 7, with the Owls pounding Phantom 94-76. That’s two victories by an average of 21.0 PPG. Let’s put Saturday’s near-miss out of our minds and back the Owls to get the job done by double digits on Monday evening.
Pick: Lunar Owls -9.5 (-114)
