Tuesday’s Best MLB Betting System Plays

Here are our top plays of the day from popular MLB betting systems at BettingPros.

Top 5 RBI Dudes Over at Home

This system looks at the top five RBI hitters at home in the regular season who have odds of +10o or better to earn an RBI. The criteria are simple, yet the return on investment (ROI) for this system is up to 4.2% on 263 wagers this season.

While there are three bets available with this system, I’m zeroing in on Jose Ramirez of the Guardians. Ramirez is a switch-hitter who will bat left-handed against Luis Gil of the Yankees.

Gil has already allowed a .219 ISO and wOBA of .416 to his last 38 lefties. In addition, he’s given up 56.5% of hard contact and has watched lefties smoke 39.1% of line drives over the previous month.

Meanwhile, Ramirez has slugged a .264 ISO and wOBA of .385 against his last 82 righties. He’s also struck out just 11% of the time against righties over the previous month.

Roll with Ramirez to earn an RBI tonight.

  • Jose Ramirez Over 0.5 RBI (+120)

<41% Under Hits -200+

Off 533 bets, the < 41% Under Hits -200+ system is up 78.30 units. The ROI has reached 14.7% this year.

Essentially, this system looks at players with a line of -200 or better and looks for the under for a player’s hits. The rest of the system input is below:

  • This Season Over Percentage: Less than 41%
  • Last 5 Games: Over in 0 to 1
  • Last 10 Games: Over in 0 to 2
  • Last 15 Games: Over in 0 to 3
  • Last 20 Games: Over in 0 to 4

Since Luke Williams joined the starting lineup, he’s added a .000 ISO and wOBA of .222 against righties over the last month with the Braves.

Tonight, the right-handed outfielders will face Zack Wheeler. That’ll make it even more difficult. After all, Wheeler has held his last 42 righties to a .071 ISO and wOBA of .156 with 54.8% ground balls induced.

Fade Williams and take his under for hits.

  • Luke Williams Under 0.5 Hits (-145)

Underdog Strikeout Unders

Here’s another system up 52.74 units on the season with a 14.3% ROI.

The Underdog Strikeout Unders System looks at taking a pitcher whose team is projected to lose with the under in strikeouts.

The system input also asks for the player to hit their strikeout prop in less than 30% of games and to have hit this line no more than three times in the last 10 games.

Athletics pitcher Joey Estes fits the description. Estes is a right-handed pitcher who has only struck out 16.3% of batters over the last month. Estes has seen his strikeout rate drop over the last month. He’s averaged 18% of strikeouts this season but has just 16.3% of strikeouts this month.

While he’ll face a Rays lineup with high strikeouts against righties, only one batter in the lineup has struck out more than 28% of the time. Plus, only two batters have struck out more than 25.8% of the time. Estes won’t fool the Rays enough. Take his under.

  • Joey Estes Under 4.5 Strikeouts (-160)
