Nathaniel Lowe (+400)
Over the last month, Nathaniel Lowe has a .216 ISO and a wOBA of .338 against his last 53 righties. The left-handed designated hitter has also hit 35.1% of fly balls, 51.4% of line drives and an above-average barrel rate against righties over the last month.
Today, Lowe will battle Mitch Keller of the Pirates. Keller has allowed a .277 ISO and a wOBA of .399 to his last 70 lefties. Plus, Keller has also allowed 32.7% of fly balls, 56.4% of hard contact and a 10.9% barrel rate against lefties over the last 30 days.
Lowe has a ton of potential against Keller today. Let’s attack.
Trevor Larnach (+600)
Trevor Larnach has a .226 ISO and a wOBA of .351 against righties over the last month. The leadoff hitter for the Twins has shown off some serious power, hitting over 26% of fly balls and over 57% of hard contact against righties in the last 30 days.
Meanwhile, Larnach will face George Kirby of the Seattle Mariners. Kirby has allowed a .382 ISO and a .412 wOBA against his last 35 lefties. Those lefties have struck out only 20% of the time and have hit 37% of fly balls against Kirby.
Kirby is supposedly on the trade block, but he’s still scheduled to start for the Mariners. If he’s on the mound, we’ll want to ride it out with Larnach.
Willson Contreras (+350)
In tonight’s NBC matchup, it’ll be the Red Sox against the Dodgers. Willson Contreras of the Red Sox will get to face Los Angeles starter Emmet Sheehan, a righty who has allowed over 36% of fly balls and a 13.6% barrel rate to other righties over the last 30 days.
On the other hand, Willson Contreras has a .308 ISO and a wOBA of .480 against his last 51 righties. The strikeouts are high, but he’s still hit 44% of fly balls against righties over the last 30 days. If Contreras gets a hold of one, it could be dangerous.
Let’s give Contreras a chance at +350 odds.
