Charlie Blackmon Over 0.5 Singles (-130)

The Blue Jays and Rockies will play today in Colorado, with the winner looking for the series win. Righty Kevin Gausman will be on the mound for the Jays, while righty Chase Anderson is pitching for the Rockies. The Rockies pulled out the win last night after losing four straight games prior to that. I believe Gausman will turn things around for the Jays to continue his solid season. On the other side, I expect the Jays to be able to hit effectively against Anderson, as he's prone to giving up runs and having shorter outings (o-4, 6.08 ERA).

Charlie Blackmon is a guy I'm targeting today for a single despite the unfavorable odds. Blackmon has been the engine of this team for a long time and is an extremely underrated player. He’s currently on a tear (.383 average in the past three weeks), and I like the matchup against the Righty in this spot. Gausman is a tough assignment, but I like him to hit the ball hard today and find a base hit this afternoon, as he should see 5+ Plate Appearances from the leadoff spot.

Mike Yastrzemski Over 0.5 Singles (+145)

The Giants and the Padres will face off on Sunday, with the Padres looking to win the four-game series in San Diego. The Giants have righty Alex Cobb on the mound, while righty Seth Lugo will throw for the Padres.

Overall, I don't have a true lean on which team I think will win. I expect this to be a close game with two evenly matched teams. A bet I love today is Mike Yastrzemski over 0.5 singles at a great price. He should get plenty of opportunities against right-handed pitching, which is his strong suit He already has 3 hits this series and is already settling in after his stint on the Injured List. Take Yaz over 0.5 singles with confidence at this price.

Elly De La Cruz Over 0.5 Singles (+115)

The Reds and Cubs will face off today, with the Reds leading the series 2-1. The pitching matchup features right-handers Jameson Taillon and Carson Spiers. Both pitchers are young, with Spiers being a rookie and making his MLB debut today. I expect plenty of runs to be scored in this game.

I'm looking for Elly De La Cruz to have a couple of hits today, as he has a plus matchup against the righty. He came up big yesterday, going 3-4 with a late RBI to put the Reds over the top. He hits righties better, as he's batting .262 with a .814 OPS this season. Take De La Cruz over 0.5 singles today, as these teams look to put up some runs today in Cincinnati.
