On Friday, Tim Anderson had a phenomenal game, while Jack Flaherty had trouble against the Milwaukee Brewers' offense. That gave us two wins. However, we missed on a perfect day, as both Clark Schmidt and Dean Kremer gave up plenty of runs - just not any in the first inning. There are 14 games in action on Monday, including a 2:10 p.m. EST game between the Chicago White Sox and Minnesota Twins.

This Season: 7-5
Anderson is off to a solid start this season. He is batting .318 with five doubles and four RBIs, and he has an OBP of .348. But throughout his career, he has been terrible against Kenta Maeda. After Maeda's first outing of the season, there is no reason to think that will change.
Anderson is just 1-14 against Maeda in his career. His only hit was a single. Maeda allowed just one run against the Marlins in 5.0 innings. He gave up just three hits, and he struck out nine. Coming off Tommy John surgery, Maeda doesn't look like he's missed a beat. The only way Anderson goes over this number is if Maeda is chased from the game early, and he tees off on the Twins' bullpen.
Though a small sample size, Kris Bryant has had success against St. Louis Cardinals' starter Steven Matz. He is batting .333 with one home run. Based on how Matz pitched in his first outing this season, Bryant should have at least two good opportunities to pick up extra-base hits on Tuesday.
In his first start, Matz gave up 10 hits in just 5.1 innings pitch. Bryant started the year on a nine-game hitting streak, which ended on Sunday. Against a pitcher who allows a lot of contact, we expect Bryant to continue his early season success at the plate.
Zac Gallen has 10 strikeouts this season. He struck out seven in just 4.2 innings against the Dodgers. However, he struck out just three in 6.0 innings against the Padres. As long as a pitcher's number is above their season average against the Brewers' lineup, we’ll take the Under until given a reason to change that plan.
Gallen has struck out the current Brewers lineup 10 times in 40 plate appearances. However, four of those strikeouts are against Christian Yelich. It is unlikely he will face Yelich more than twice in this game. Look for Gallen to throw five or six strikeouts, then get pulled in the sixth or seventh inning.
