MLB Opening Week continues on Sunday, and there's no shortage of ways to get some skin in the game with today's 13-game slate. I'm heading to PrizePicks, where I've narrowed in on three player predictions. If all three of these plays hit, they'll net us a 3.5x multiplier.

Sunday’s Best MLB PrizePicks Predictions
Bryce Harper More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Let's start in the nation's capital, where the Phillies (2-0) look to break out the brooms against divisional foes Washington (0-2). This series finale features a pitching matchup between Aaron Nola and Mitchell Parker. First pitch is set for 1:35 p.m. ET from Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.
Bryce Harper's off to a nice start in the new campaign, entering the day hitting .333 (3-for-9) with a home run and a couple of singles. This will be a favorable matchup for the superstar first baseman, as he faces Parker, who's coming off a year where he logged a mediocre 4.29 ERA. Harper is 2-for-2 (1.000) against him with a pair of singles.
I'll take Harper to clear this threshold of 1.5 total bases. If he's unable to accomplish the feat against Parker, don't fret, as Washington brings in the league's worst bullpen of 2025. They're already dead last in ERA (16.88), WHIP (3.25) and home runs allowed (four). Harper and this Phillies’ offense should do damage in this divisional clash.
Dylan Crews More Than 0.5 Hits (Goblin)
Keeping it in the same game, but flipping to the Nationals, I'll also play Dylan Crews to record a hit. Crews, who is as high as +325 to win the National League Rookie of the Year, hasn't logged a hit yet. He's 0-for-10 and coming off an 0-for-5 day on Saturday with five strikeouts.
However, Crews has to turn things around at some point. This could be the spot to do so, as he's hit well against Philadelphia’s Nola. The 23-year-old is 3-for-3 (1.000) against Nola with a triple and two singles. In 55 spring training at-bats, Crews hit a respectable .273 with two extra-base hits. I'll take a flier on him to register a knock this afternoon.
Steven Kwan More Than 0.5 Hits (Goblin)
The Royals (1-1) broke into the win column on Saturday, setting up a rubber matchup with the Guardians (1-1) in this American League Central series. Tanner Bibee will head to the bump for Cleveland, while Kansas City opts for Michael Wacha. First pitch is scheduled for 2:10 p.m. ET from Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, MO.
I like this Steven Kwan player prediction a lot. He's been on a tear to start the new season, going 3-for-7 (.429) with a home run and a double. Kwan is still Cleveland's leadoff man, which means he'll receive plenty of at-bats to try and record a hit. The outfielder hasn't been overpowering against Wacha in his career, but he's a modest 3-for-13 (.231) with a double. I'll ride the hot hand of Kwan and back him to get a hit.
