Chicago Cubs at Detroit Tigers
- Leg 1: Kerry Carpenter Over 1.5 Total Bases (+125)
- Leg 2: Cody Bellinger Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110)
- Leg 3: Jeimer Candelario Over 1.5 Total Bases (+135)
Javier Assad will take the hill for the Cubs tonight. In the last month, the former relief pitcher has only thrown 52.86 pitches per appearance. While he’s been solid, Assad has allowed a .189 ISO to his previous 40 lefties and has given up a .163 ISO and wOBA of .319 to 119 lefties this season.
Kerry Carpenter of the Tigers is a lefty who has hit a .250 ISO and wOBA of .424 against his last 76 righties. Carpenter has a great matchup against Assad.
Meanwhile, Alex Faedo will pitch for the Tigers. He’s a righty that has watched 93 lefties hit a .198 ISO. The Cubs have so much power against righties, including Cody Bellinger and Jeimer Candelario.
Bellinger has hit a .339 ISO and wOBA of .478 against his last 68 righties, while Candelario has slugged a .246 ISO and woBA of .462 against his last 74 righties.
Let’s attack these two subpar pitchers tonight and earn a significant payday.

New York Mets at Atlanta Braves
- Leg 1: Marcell Ozuna Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115)
- Leg 2: Orlando Arcia Over 0.5 Total Bases (-185)
- Leg 3: Allan Winans Over 4.5 Ks (+100)
The Mets have been red hot over the last week, but that likely ends against the Braves. It always does.
David Peterson will take the bump for the Mets. He’s allowed a .200 ISO and wOBA of .409 to his last 52 righties as a left-handed pitcher.
Ronald Acuna and Austin Riley haven’t been dominant against lefties as right-handed batters. However, Marcell Ozuna and Orlando Arcia have put up great numbers.
Ozuna has hit a .312 ISO and wOBA of .414 against his last 20 lefties. Meanwhile, Orlando Arcia, who needs just one hit, has smacked a .375 ISO and wOBA of .471.
On the other hand, Allan Winans will get the call-up for the Braves tonight. He had nine strikeouts in his last start against the Mets.
He’s facing the Mets again tonight. New York’s top of the lineup hasn’t struck out much, but the bottom portion has four players striking out 25% of the time or more. If Winans pitches through the lineup twice, he should earn five or more strikeouts.
Against his last 45 batters, Winans has earned 31.1% of strikeouts, allowed a .049 ISO with a wOBA of .242, and earned over 57% of ground balls. He should pitch deep in this game, even if he allows a home run or two from the Mets.
