Rejoice! We have been blessed with a Game 7. Unlike the Lakers, the Celtics have battled back from a 3-0 deficit and are looking to do what no team has ever done before. As -300 favorites on the money line, the betting markets clearly think this is their game to win at home, and rightfully so. With that being said, it wouldn’t be all that shocking to see the Heat keep things interesting throughout the game, and +7.5 feels like too many points.
The best trend to ride might be the under, however. Dating back to 2003, Game 7 totals have gone under roughly 63% of the time. These teams are exhausted and familiar with each other’s play at this point. The current total sits at 204, so get ready to sweat if you do bet on the under.

If the under trend is going to continue, Tatum might be the best player to fade. We all know Tatum is a bonafide superstar, but this line seems a bit too high for the situation. A 31/12/5 stat line still wasn’t enough for Tatum to get over this mark last game, and he has stayed under this in four of the six games in the series. Over the duration of the playoffs, he is under this in 13/19 despite averaging 40 minutes per game. Tatum is also under this mark in five of six career elimination games averaging 43.2 PRA in these contests.
Despite missing a couple of wide-open looks to end the game on Saturday, the former NCAA Division III standout has performed admirably when he has found the playing time this postseason. In his nine games with 20+ minutes, Robinson has posted nine or more points, averaging 15.2 PPG, in every game. I’ve been most impressed seeing him be aggressive driving to the basket with the open lanes he has received.
He played all 12 minutes in the fourth quarter last game, which was Miami’s highest-scoring quarter of the game. Robinson has led all Heat players with a +8 and +7 rating over the last two games as well. They need him on the floor for spacing, and we’re only asking for nine points out of the guy, so look for him to get there once again tonight.
If the Heat are going to have a fighting chance to upset the Celtics, they’re going to need Adebayo on the floor in just about every moment. He did just that last game and played nearly 46 minutes. Despite an awful night shooting, he still finished with a +6 rating, second-best on the team, likely due to the defensive presence he brings. Bam racked up 13 rebounds on a whopping 26 rebound opportunities, with all of that time on the hardwood. This rebound line sits at -125 at DraftKings and FanDuel for a reason. If he gets that much time on the floor again, he will undoubtedly be going all out to secure as many boards as he can.
