The Western Conference Finals begin tonight with the Los Angeles Lakers traveling to Denver to face the Nuggets at 8:30 p.m. EST. During the regular season, the two teams split the series 2-2, each winning their home games.
All but one of those four games saw final scores in the 230s. Should we expect a high-scoring game tonight?
Here are the best PrizePicks plays for Tuesday, May 16's NBA action.

Tuesday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions
This Season: 32-32
Of all the bets we could make for Nikola Jokic, why this one? Because it is simply too low of a line. Jokic has attempted at least three 3-pointers in three of his four games against the Lakers this season. Against the Suns, Jokic attempted at least three in four of the six games.

Jokic is comfortable shooting the ball from deep, and we don't see that changing tonight as he goes head-to-head with Anthony Davis. Davis can guard the perimeter pretty well, but any time he is not in the game, expect to see Jokic testing his range.
LeBron James has been huge for the Lakers all postseason, but he hasn't actually scored as much as it seems. Against the Warriors, he went over 25 twice in six games, and against the Grizzlies, he cleared the number just once.
He averages 25.0 points per game against the Nuggets this season but averages over 7.0 assists per game. Could we see a more passing-minded James tonight? With this being the series’ first game, oddsmakers could have put this line even higher for a player like LeBron. PrizePicks choosing to keep it low lets us know that the under is the right play.

In two games against the Lakers this season, Michael Porter Jr. is averaging 14.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. While the point total is slightly down from his season average of 17.4, the rebound total is much higher than his average of 5.5.
In Games 3, 4 and 5 against the Suns, Porter Jr. came up huge for the Nuggets. He had at least 21 points + rebounds in each game, including in Game 3, when he went for 33 combined. Porter Jr. will be a key role player in this series. With how well he is rebounding and shooting the ball of late and against the Lakers this season, this number should probably be one or two higher.
