Tuesday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions
This Season: 27-26
Gabe Vincent was on fire in game one against the New York Knicks. He hit five of his 12 three-point attempts, allowing him to score 20 points. It was his second 20-point game in a row. Before his last two games, Vincent hadn't scored 20 points in seven consecutive games. We expect him to cool off in game two.

Before his last two games, Vincent hadn't scored 20 points in seven consecutive games. We expect him to cool off in game two.
For Vincent, if he doesn't score at least 15 points, then it is unlikely that he will come anywhere near this number. He averages only 2.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, so he needs to achieve most of this by scoring. The Knicks aren't going to get beat the same way twice, and Vincent isn't a pure enough scorer to trust with this number.
After Stephen Curry's 50-point game-seven performance, will anyone in the world take his under tonight? We are. Considering what Curry just did, this number should be higher, as most bettors will back his over. So why isn't the number greater?
The Los Angeles Lakers are a much better defensive team than the Sacramento Kings. During the regular season, just two points separated the two teams in points allowed per game. However, in their first series, the Lakers held the Memphis Grizzlies to just 104.7 points per game. Look for this to be a cool-down game for Curry and a much lower-scoring affair than many expect.
While this game should be lower scoring than many expect, that won't stop Anthony Davis from having a huge game. In the series against Memphis, Davis alternated 30+ point games with games that saw him score less than 20. It's tough to know exactly which version of Davis will show up in game one, but the Warriors will have a hard time covering him.
Davis averaged 22.8 points per game against the Warriors in the regular season. In his four games, he was again inconsistent with his scoring, with two games seeing him below 20 and two seeing him above. However, in his last game against the Warriors, he scored 39 points.
