Friday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions

PrizePicks record: 62-47-1

Jalen Williams Over 18.5 Points

Despite his lackluster 13-point output last game against the Spurs, Jalen Williams has typically gone over this mark in January. He’s over this mark in 10-of-12 games this month, averaging 20.6 points per game. Due to the Thunder’s pace of play (7th in Pace), this game has a 241 total and also has just a 2.5-point spread separating the teams. New Orleans plays solid defense, but ride the hot-hand with J-Will in this one.

Khris Middleton Over 26.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists

Milwaukee brought Middleton along slowly in the early going of the season, but the Bucks have opened his playing time up since the start of December. He is now averaging closer to 30 minutes per game, which has expectedly attributed to more production from the veteran. Middleton is now over this mark in 14 of his last 17 games when he plays at least 29 minutes. He put up 25 points, five rebounds, and five assists against Cleveland two nights ago, and finished with 27 PRA against them earlier this year as well. As long as this doesn’t turn into a blowout, he should go over this total.

Alperen Sengun Over 32.5 Points+Rebounds

This is an incredible matchup for Sengun, who has been balling throughout the season. He’s making a strong case for the Most Improved Player award (second-lowest odds at +280) this year and should add to that argument in this game. The Hornets are allowing the most points and second-most rebounds to opposing Centers on the season. Sengun has been on an even bigger heater as of late, posting 51, 36, and 40 combined points and rebounds over his last three. Look for him to once again go off in this one.
