Alright, alright, alright. I hate to toot my horn on consecutive intros, but it’s necessary when we get back-to-back sweeps. Let’s go for the holy trinity of broom-busting for this Friday, Dec. 8.

Friday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions
PrizePicks record: 32-21
The Heat’s defense is a shell of its normal self when Bam Adebayo is out of the picture. Over the last six games, Miami has the second-worst defensive net rating, compared to being 16th on the season. In this span, we have seen Spencer Dinwiddie (11), Damian Lillard (nine), Tyrese Haliburton (10) and T.J. McConnell (11) all find plenty of success in the assist department against them. As for Darius Garland, since Donovan Mitchell returned to the lineup, he has gone over this line in four of his last five games.
Tobias Harris has been on a bit of a slide as of late but has generally exceeded this number throughout the year. He’s averaging 17.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. He also had his best game of the season against Atlanta when these teams met on Nov. 17. He put up 29 points, 10 boards and four assists in that game. The Hawks allow the fifth-most points, seventh-most rebounds and second-most assists to opposing power forwards. Take the over here.
We now have a three-game sample of Nikola Jokic going against Houston this season. He has posted PRA lines of 68, 65 and 57 in those games. The Rockets possess a great defense, but they’re letting Jokic go one-on-one against Alperen Sengun, where Jokic has proven to be far too much for him in these games. Sometimes, it’s as simple as riding the trend, and in this case, that’s exactly what I’m preaching.
