Dennis Schroder Less Than 6.5 Assists
Nothing can be taken for certain with NBA injury news, but all signs point to Draymond Green playing. If he does not, well, that sucks, but this still looks pretty good. The handicap is fairly simple here.
Dennis Schroder has hit the less than on this lofty line in 11 out of 13 games with the Warriors, averaging 4.7 assists per game. He has played three games without Green - recording just three, five and four assists.
Fred VanVleet Less Than 3.5 Rebounds
Without Jabari Smith Jr. on the floor, one would think there would be more rebounds to go around, and while that might be true, none of those are going to Fred VanVleet. He’s not even bothering to rebound, especially with the young-gun Amen Thompson doing all the dirty work for him.
Over the last four games without Smith, VanVleet has found one, two, one and one rebound. He’s averaging just three rebound chances per game over this span.
Ja Morant Less Than 10.5 Rebounds + Assists
The fade train keeps on rolling with our third less than prediction. This is a brutal matchup for Ja Morant and the Grizzlies as they face a Houston defense ranked third in adjusted defensive net rating.
They have allowed the second-fewest rebounds and third-fewest assists. In his two matchups with the Rockets this year, Morant finished with just two assists in one game, and six total rebounds and assists in the other.
