It’s November 11. I am wishing for a 3-0 sweep today. We have a smaller five-game slate before the NBA Cup begins on Tuesday, so let’s get the week started by busting out the brooms. Here are three of my favorite player predictions for PrizePicks.

Monday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions
PrizePicks Record: 2-1
The Wizards travel to Houston as +13.5 road underdogs to face one of the better defensive sides in the league. The Rockets are fifth in adjusted net rating and also play at a glacial rate, ranking 27th in pace. They have allowed the third-fewest assists and sixth-fewest rebounds per game to point guards. Poole has hit the less than on this line in seven out of eight games, averaging 5.6 rebounds and assists per game. As such big underdogs, there is always a chance this becomes a blowout, with Poole riding the pine for the fourth quarter.
Another superstar point guard is in another difficult matchup. As +7 road underdogs in Oklahoma City, James Harden is going to have his hands full facing the Thunder. They are first in adjusted net rating and have permitted the fourth-fewest points per game to opposing point guards. Harden is well aware of their lockdown defense, as these squads squared off not too long ago. The Thunder held him to a season-low 12 points on November 2nd.
Alperen Sengun should play a major part in what should be a blowout in Houston. He hasn’t gotten off to the best start to his season but should fare just fine in this spot taking on Washington. They have allowed the fourth-most points per game to centers. Two notable names similar to Sengun’s style of play - Jaren Jackson Jr. (39 points) and Bam Adebayo (32) - both went off facing Washington this season. In four matchups last season going up against Jonas Valanciunas, Sengun put up 24, 37, 10 and 24 points. He should find his way to at least 20 in this one.
