We have a modest Monday slate in the NBA with six games taking place today. There are still plenty of player prop angles worth attacking though.

This will likely be a popular play, and for good reason. The Jazz will be without both Lauri Markkanen and Walker Kessler, leaving John Collins to do most of the rebounding against the Wizards. Washington has allowed the most rebounds and points to opposing Centers on the season, setting up Collins to have a massive day on the hardwood. He has found double-digit boards in 10 of his last 16 games, averaging 10.5 rebounds per game over this span.
He’s coming off an ugly performance against the Bucks, but DeMar DeRozan should rebound in this one, taking on the Kings. They have allowed the sixth most points per game to opposing SFs, are 20th in adjusted defensive rating, and are 12th in pace. DeRozan has exceeded this mark in nine of his last 11, averaging 25.7 points per game. He put up 24 against the Kings on February 3rd. Without Zach LaVine around, look for DeRozan to put the team on his back.
Deni Avdija continues to exploit his point prop and has surpassed this number in eight of his last 10, averaging 19.5 points per game. Exclude the game he played just 20 minutes, and he’s over this in eight of his last nine. The Jazz don’t possess a lockdown defense worthy of containing anyone and rank 25th in adjusted defensive net rating. They also play at the seventh-fastest pace, which will lead to plenty of scoring opportunities, especially because Washington is first in pace. As long as this game doesn’t get out of hand, he should find his way over this mark once again.
