With Christmas behind us, eight NBA games will be played tonight. How will Jonas Valanciunas score against a stingy Memphis Grizzlies defense? Will Trae Young continue to produce incredible stats against the Chicago Bulls? And can Bojan Bogdanovic break out of his shooting slump against the Brooklyn Nets?

Jonas Valanciunas Over 0.5 Three-Pointers Made

Though Valanciunas failed to make a three-pointer in Saturday's loss to the Houston Rockets, he's made at least one in five of his last six games. Valanciunas is only averaging 2.0 attempts per game, and there is always the chance he won't attempt a single shot from beyond the arc. However, his over is the right play tonight.

Statistically, the Grizzlies have the best paint defense in the NBA. They're allowing just 43.6 points in the paint per game this season. They're also really bad at defending the three-point line. They rank fourth-worst in three-point percentage allowed to opponents. Frustrated inside, Valanciunas will attempt to score from deep, attempting more shots from beyond the arc than his season average.

Trae Young Under 11 Assists

Young has rattled off at least 13 assists in each of his last four games. The last time he failed to hit double digits was eight games ago when he posted nine against the Denver Nuggets. Yet, we're taking his under tonight for a few reasons.

First, Young is dealing with a shoulder injury that could limit his minutes if he tries to play. Second, based on his recent performances, this number could be set higher, especially considering that the Bulls allow the fifth-most assists per game this season. For oddsmakers to set this so low, it seems as though they're expecting a leveling-off for Young tonight.

Bojan Bogdanovic Over 2.5 Three-Pointers Made

Taking a Pistons player to have any success is stressful. The team has lost 26 games in a row, and they'll likely lose to the Nets tonight. However, Bogdanovic shoots so many threes, that it's worth taking this prop tonight.

While Bogdanovic has made two three-pointers in four of his last five games, he's attempted at least seven in all but two of his games this season. He's shooting 39.7% from deep and coming off two sub-30% shooting games.

The Nets are 18th in the league in opponent three-point percentage. However, they've allowed their opponents to make over 40% of their shots from deep in the last three games. Bogdanovic is in a slump, but he will shoot his way out of it tonight.
