Kevin Durant Over 24.5 Points
This will undoubtedly be the most popular prop of the night, given the Slim Reaper’s opponent, and recent slump, deflating his point prop in this one. Kevin Durant and the Suns take on the Brooklyn Nets, his former team. He put up 27 points against them on December 13th and is simply due. The Nets don’t possess a particularly imposing defense either, and the game projects to be close throughout. Back one of the greatest scorers to find at least 25 in this one.
Zion Williamson Over 22.5 Points
Taking on the Rockets’ defense isn’t the easiest for most, but Zion is unlike many players and should be able to play bully ball down low per usual. He has put up 26, 24, and 28 points against Houston dating back to last season, and when he gets the time on the floor, he typically exceeds this line. He is over this mark in 21-of-27 games when he plays at least 28 minutes, averaging 25.3 points per game. This is another game that should stay tight, with a 2.5 spread separating the teams as well.
Franz Wagner Over 18.5 Points
I’ll gladly take the discount on Franz Wagner’s prop in this contest against the San Antonio Spurs. They’re playing better as of late, but still own the seventh worst aDRTG, play at the fifth fastest pace, and have allowed the 10th most points in the paint. Wagner leads all Magic scorers in PITP, scoring 55% of his points from down low. He has eclipsed this mark in 24-of-38 games (63%), excluding a game he played just five minutes.
