We've only got a handful of NBA games tonight, but with the prop menus attached to each game, fans still have plenty of markets to choose from. Choosing can be hard, which is why I sometimes prefer to go with NBA same-game parlays (SGPs) rather than individual bets.
With teams like Cleveland taking on Detroit and Denver facing Oklahoma City, it's going to be a good night for betting on parlays.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Detroit Pistons
Leg #1: Pistons -6 (-110)
With Donovan Mitchell out and James Harden a game-time decision, Cade Cunningham and the Pistons shouldn't have too much trouble against the Cavaliers at home. If Harden does play, I'd still lean toward Detroit and the points.
Leg #2: Jarrett Allen to Record a Double-Double (+135)
Since Harden was acquired, Jarrett Allen has appeared to pick up his game. If Harden is out, he'll definitely need to pick up the slack to give the Cavaliers a fighting chance. He recorded a double-double in nine out of 10 games in February.
Leg #3: Jalen Duren Over 11.5 Rebounds (+100)
Jalen Duren is averaging 10.6 boards per game this season, but since coming back from the All-Star break, he’s had games of 13 rebounds (vs. Chicago), 14 rebounds (vs. San Antonio) and 15 rebounds (vs. Oklahoma City). He's been a man on a mission on the glass and will go over this mark tonight.
Parlay Odds: +796 - A $100 wager will result in a $896 payday; your stake plus $796 in winnings.
Denver Nuggets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
Leg #1: Thunder -8.5 (-108)
My initial thought was that this game should be fun. But then I looked at the injury reports and the status of both teams and changed my tune. Denver is coming off a good win over the Celtics, but the injured list is worrisome for the Nuggets. It's great that Nikola Jokic is ready to go, but if Jamaal Murray is out, I'm concerned for Denver’s offense.
Oklahoma City has its own injury issues, but is expecting to get Shai Gilgeous-Alexander back. With his return and Denver's injured list, I have to go with the Thunder to cover.
Leg #2: Cam Johnson Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (-182)
Cam Johnson has made two or more three-pointers in five out of seven games in February and three out of four since the All-Star break. Oklahoma City is tough on defense, but Nikola Jokic is going to need some help, especially if Jamaal Murray is out. With or without Murray, Johnson is a good bet to hit at least two threes.
Leg #3: Nikola Jokic Over 12.5 Rebounds (-132)
Nikola Jokic had 22 boards the first time the Thunder and Nuggets faced off. He's averaging 12.5 per game this season, which makes him a good bet to match his season average versus the Thunder.
Parlay Odds: +546 A $100 wager will result in a $646 payday; your stake plus $546 in winnings.
