NFL Conference Championships: Favorite Picks & Props
What is your favorite Game Pick or Prop Bet for the Championship Round of the NFL Playoffs and why?
Evan Engram OVER 19.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
“Evan Engram is the potential next man up in the slot for the Broncos, given their recent injuries to WRs Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant. He finished third on the team in slot routes behind only Bryant/Franklin in 2025. The Patriots have been below average against tight ends this season - 11th in yards allowed per game (57.1). Engram has 20+ yards in three of his last four games played. And as Broncos beat reporter Benjamin Allbright has suggested with the quarterback swap in Denver, Jarrett Stidham is more likely to use the middle of the field where Engram operates.”

New England/Denver UNDER 42.5 Points (-105)
“I’m betting Patriots-Broncos to go under 42.5 points. No matter how highly Broncos head coach Sean Payton regards backup QB Jarrett Stidham, the fact is that Stidham has made only four NFL starts, none in the playoffs. The Broncos’ running game hasn’t been particularly effective, and the Patriots’ run defense has been lights-out when DT Milton Williams and Robert Spillane have both been healthy — and they’re both healthy now. The Broncos have an elite or near-elite defense and have the best pass rush in the league. Patriots QB Drake Maye might make his fair share of plays, but Maye isn’t going to carve up the Denver pass defense. I’m expecting a low-scoring punt-fest and think the under is a solid percentage play.”
– Pat Fitzmaurice (FantasyPros)
Seattle Seahawks -2.5 (-104)
“Give me the Seattle Seahawks to cover the -2.5 against the Rams, and stamp their ticket to Super Bowl LX. Seattle is coming off an absolute drumming of the 49ers, while the Rams just barely squeaked out a victory in Chicago. That coming off.. barely squeaking out a victory against Carolina. Winning 3 consecutive road games in the NFL is tough enough, let alone against the 12th man and this Seahawks defense. Less than a field goal should be a gimme.”
– Tyler Conium (FantasyPros)
Rhamondre Stevenson OVER 47.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
“Rhamonder Stevenson is in a great spot to eclipse this number this weekend. He has flown over this mark in each of his last three games. Since Week 13, Denver has also displayed some serious cracks in the rushing defense pavement, allowing the tenth-highest explosive run rate, the 11th-highest rushing success rate, the tenth-most yards per carry to gap runs, and the ninth-highest rushing success rate to gap runs (Stevenson 61.5% gap, per Fantasy Points Data). If you're building prop parlays this week, this should be a staple play.”
