Monday Night Football in Week 12 features an NFC interdivisional matchup between the Carolina Panthers vs. San Francisco 49ers. It’s the first time we get to watch the 6-5 Panthers in prime time this season, as they travel to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, to take on the 7-4 49ers.
Last week, my NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Bets (Week 11) settled a profitable 2-1. CeeDee Lamb went under 86.5 receiving yards, and Geno Smith went under 1.5 passing touchdowns, while Ashton Jeanty was held to seven total rushing yards, failing to go over 63.5 rushing yards.
We’re 5-1 across my last two editions of NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Bets. Here are three more props to tail ahead of Monday’s tilt between the Panthers and 49ers. Follow me on X at Matt_MacKay_ for more betting analysis and free picks.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Picks
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
49ers star running back, Christian McCaffrey, has been a workhorse when San Francisco takes the lead this season. Even with 13 carries last week, McCaffrey went over 71.5 rushing yards, finishing with 81 rushing yards and three total touchdowns.
Carolina’s run defense is one of the weakest units in the NFL. The Panthers are allowing 4.4 YPC and 13 rushing touchdowns. As a result, McCaffrey should run rampant all night long.
McCaffrey has gone over 71.5 rushing yards three times in his last five starts, so let’s bet on him to log another strong performance on the ground at home against Carolina on Monday Night Football.

Bryce Young is coming off a season-high 448 passing yards during Carolina’s 30-27 overtime win against Atlanta in Week 11. He’s gained momentum and confidence heading into a relatively good matchup against a short-handed 49ers pass defense, which has allowed 275 or more passing yards in three of its previous four games played.
Panthers RB Rico Dowdle has been the motor that drives the offense. However, Young has begun to ascend within head coach Dave Canales’ offense, although he’s only gone over 204.5 passing yards twice in 10 starts this year.
San Francisco is better equipped at stopping the run. Dowdle will likely be held in check, forcing Young to air it out, especially to his favorite target and eighth overall pick, rookie WR Tetairoa McMillan.
Let’s bet on Young to finish with over 204.5 passing yards against a struggling San Francisco secondary.

We’re going to wrap up by fading 49ers wideout Ricky Pearsall’s receiving yards total. Pearsall returned from a sprained knee in Week 11 and posted a meager stat line, finishing with one reception for two receiving yards against the Cardinals.
Carolina’s pass defense has been solid in most games played this season. The Panthers have allowed over 260 passing yards in two of their past three games, yet Pearsall’s role as San Francisco’s WR3 is unlikely to yield big production.
Factor in Carolina’s porous run defense, plus the presence of Pro-Bowl tight end George Kittle, and Pearsall’s likely going to be game-scripted out of making big plays downfield. Before his knee sprain, Pearsall had gone over 40.5 receiving yards in all four starts. Now, he’s trying to adjust to game speed and recover from his injury, while Purdy’s preferred targets include McCaffrey, Kittle, and Jauan Jennings.
Let’s fade Pearsall and bet under 40.5 receiving yards against a fairly stingy Carolina pass defense.
